エルデ オペラ (Helder Opéra)  

Wi-Fiはちゃんとつながった、暖かいシャワーもちゃんと出た

延泊の予約をネットから行ったところ、勘違いで予約していないと言われた。

立地は最高。空港からロワシーバスを利用する人にオススメ。

一人旅なら問題ないが、思ったより狭い。

ショッピングでギャラリーラファイエットやプランタンに行くのに近く食事をするところも沢山あり良かったで- す。

エレベーターが狭くスーツケースを入れて大人2名はきつかった。

アクセス（立地条件が）が良い

・６階に宿泊したが、部屋が狭い為、 　スーツケースが開けられない ・廉かったせいか、コーヒープレートもない ・バスタブが穴が空いている様に破損している。

夜シャルルドゴールからロワシーバスを使ってオペラ座横で降りたら、そこから歩いて10分かからなかった。- マクドナルドが見えたら曲がるとすぐあるオペラ座を中心に観光したい人は便利だと思う。３人で予約してあっ- たがエキストラベッドが出ておらず、フロントに言うとすぐに用意してくれた。チェックアウトの際タクシーを- 呼んでくれたとても感じのいいスタッフだった。

シャワー途中でお湯が出なくなった。 3人で使用するには部屋が狭かった。

オペラガルニエに近く、ラファイエット、プランタン、ユニクロなどのお買い物に行くのにとても便利でした。- とにかく場所が良いので、買い物目的の私たちには丁度よかったです。 部屋や廊下は狭いですが、トリプルルームを選択して、ベッドが３台あったので、友人同士気兼ねせずに眠るこ- とができました。 バスルームも狭いですが、バスタブはついてましたし、温かいお湯が十分に出て来ました。換気扇がなかったの- で、湯気がこもりましたが特に気になりませんでした。

床に少しほこりがたまっていた。

The location is great,just 5 mins walk from the station Opera n we can walk to the musee de Louvre for just 15mins. The staffs are very friendly n nice~ the room is clean n tidy,with a very nice view from our room window. I would recommend it to my friends.

Basic facilities Rooms faded and not pristine (shhets, carpet, especially)

No tea making facilities in room. Rather cramped and small on the 6th floor attic room

Good location only short walk to underground and 2 biggest shopping mall

Room is quite old can heard a walking sound from the room above, the toilet has a smell but it was acceptable after the fan

Rooms were very clean and the hotel was in a very central location quite close to the opera. Bathrooms were of a good standard and hot water was fine. Staff were also friendly and helpful.

Rooms were small, quite compact on each floor and sometimes noisy. The price was quite expensive for what you get, you pay for the location.

Clean, employees were welcoming. Very close to the opera and the Olympia Hall. Restaurants all over the place.

Room quite small, but quite usual for this price in Paris.

the room was OK in size but the bed and the bathroom was tiny

The hotel has No Lobby at all and no place for 4 persons to stand together to talk. The rooms are nothing like the website. They are not clean and are very old. The bathrooms are not like the ones in the photos on the website, they are extremely small, not that clean and some of them had the toilet in a separate area????The hotel was very old (bath- and bedroom both). The entrance to the room was extremely strange with very stupid corridors; the door did not close very well and there was no lock. The electricity plugs were defficient and their distribution across the room did not seem very safe.We stayed for 8 days, and our 4th day we found a rat in one of our rooms and they changed the room for us. The airconditions were very poor and one of the them flooded the room with water. If I am ever back in Paris I would never stayt there and I would certainly never recommend it to anyone.

another traveller told me the she found a rat everywhere in the hotel. so i was scared.

tea bags were there but not coffee bags for drinc facilitys.

Stayed one night, for Paris standards, the hotel was not bad, I did not have breakfast as I know what I would expecting. The location was good the room was spacious (in Paris standards) I had room 32.

Location

I enjoied staying in this hotel. The location is perfect if you come to Paris to see places of interest or on a business trip. Prices are reasonable.

Wi-Fi was not always available and the staff could not give a proper consultation.

Location is great. Walking distance to any place in the opera area. Very friendly stuff

Very poor interior. The owner need to redesign the entrance from inside and from outside. It will help to the guests not to feel themselves so poor in such a nice city!

Excellent location. Very close to the Metro Opera Station and Rossy Bus Stop. It is very good to have a boiler inside the room so I can enjoy some free hot tea.

The room temperature is not comfortable enough because the minibar releases some warm. The lobby is very small and not sufficient space to hang around the area.
