We arrived a little early so our room was not ready on arrival, the staff were friendly and pleasent and asked us to leave our luggage and offered to phone us once the room was ready. When we arrived back to check in, our luggage had been brought up to our room. It was a nice touch! The only thing was when ordering food in the restaurant the waiter was not as helpful when i asked him for help in transulating some of the menu. My French is limited and I did find this a little frustrating when ordering food. The restaurant staff were slow to help. |

We liked the location and it was reasonably comfortable. We went because of thelassatherapy facilities but were shocked that we had to pay an extra € 38 each per day. This was not pointed out when booking very unfair. |

Fantastic location. Very helpful reception staff - especially the night-time staff - who were on hand with a nice welcome for us (by name !) when we first arrived to check-in, after midnight & a long drive. Costs for hotel guests to use the swimming pool facilities (part of the Spa) were excessive - even at off-peak times. |

L'accueil , le confort , son exceptionnelle situation au coeur de ville et bord de mer. Bon petit dejeuner Le prix de l'accès à l'espace helio marin .accès du matin = accès journée soit 38 euros par personne !! le parking exterieur à au moins 10 euros la nuit ! |

Localização excelente - no centro, a 20 metros da praia. Bastante superior à generalidade dos hotéis de 3 estrelas franceses. Quartos confortáveis e espaçosos. Funcionários simpáticos e competentes. Possibilidade de aceder gratuitamente à internet, em computador instalado junto à recepção. Artigos de higiene corporal fornecidos na casa-de-banho. 1) Limpeza das toalhas da casa-de-banho (já não é a primeira vez). 2) Preço do hotel: é excessivamente caro, embora não o seja para os níveis praticados em Saint-Jean-de-Luz, onde os hotéis são em geral muito caros. 3) O estacionamento paga-se à parte. 4) O pequeno-almoço paga-se à parte e custa 15 euros por pessoa: é caríssimo, embora corresponda à tendência geral em França. |

Gentillesse du personnel. Proximité du centre ville et de la plage. Directeur désagréable et de mauvaise foi au moment de régler un différent sur les conditions tarifaires. Aucun geste commercial en dépit d'une erreur manifeste. Attention donc car les tarifs sur le site n'incluent pas la demi-pension. |

Très déçue de son évolution depuis 3 ans Trop long à détailler. Le grand hotel est plus compétitif sur le rapport qualité/prix même s'il est d'une catégorie supérieure. L'Hélianthal a augmenté ses tarifs et appauvri sa qualité. il a rejoint la cohorte des médiocres. |

Le rapport qualité / prix est scandaleux. L'hôtel est très défraichi. Le service est mauvais. Il a été impossible de prendre le petit déjeuner sur la belle terrasse de l'hôtel - en plein été! |

Ce que nous avons le plus aimé, c'est la situation de l'hôtel, au centre de la baie, les pieds pratiquement dans l'eau, de sorte que tous les soirs, quand la météo le permettait, nous pouvions prendre notre dîner sur la terrasse surplombant la plage et la mer. Les chambres sont par ailleurs très belles et surtout très propres. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les repas, qui, tout en étant gastronomiques, étaient aussi très diététiques. Ceci ne concerne pas uniquement le menu minceur, mais aussi le menu gourmand et le menu végétarien. Un point positif réside enfin dans le fait que l'hôtel dispose d'un système de navette : ceux qui viennent en TGV ou en avion sont ainsi dispensés de prendre un taxi afin de rejoindre l'hôtel et vice versa. |
