Hôtel Hélios  

The hotel was of modern decor in the main and was well placed for access in the town, restaurants, bars were within 4-10 mins walking distance, the very long promenade 2 mins away. Staff were very helpful,polite and friendly. There were 2 lifts one of which went straight down to the on site parking area, which was covered by CCTV. We did not try the breakfasts that were available. The views of the sunsets were amazing from our reasonable sized balcony, and we had quality wooden table and chairs, nice change from the normal plastic one experiences. there were coffee making facilities and a mini bar, safe and a flat screen TV. Incredibily there was plenty of storage space, draws, shelves and hanging. for a change!

there was not any milk dry or otherwise to go with the re-purchasable packs of 2 sachets of coffee and 2 tea bags and sugar (2 euros) It would benefit from a bit of an update, but it is perfectly acceptable. There was no other food service other than breakfast. Sometimes after a long day driving seeing sights it would have been nice to have room service. Whether this is different in season I do not know, we were here Mid October. Parking is rather tight too so a big car could be a problem for your bumpers.

The location was great.

Too much carpet for my taste. A refurbishment would definitely help.

Definitely not a four star hotel - the decor is pretty dated and is in need of a facelift.

Very expencive parking!!! Plus the garage is small. Expencive beach! Rude staff at breakfast room. Really noisy street

This was our second visit to the Helios Hotel, but this time for our honeymoon and we had one of their excellent suites over looking the med!!! What could be better? All the staff are very welcoming and always helpful nothing is too much trouble. The beach restaurant is excellent with top class food, and a very romantic setting again all the staff are very accommodating, we have had a fabulous time and will be going back next year...............

The hotel is very central in Juan Les Pins. It is just less than 5 minutes walk from the train station. The rooms are clean, although the brown interior does make them look a little darker than they need to be. It is overall a very comfortable hotel and reasonably priced for the Cote d'Azur region.

The hotel charged for tea and coffee that is available for guests in their bed room. Also I think that €16 per day for use of the private beach is a little pricy.

Cet établissement ne correspond pas du tout à sa qualification de 4 * je pense un 3* le prix est trés exagéré pour la prestation j'ai été trés déçu et n'y reviendrais pas.

Sur place j'ai trouvé un 3* trés supérieur pour 100€ de moin la nuit.A Revoir vos critères de sélection.

Das parkhaus ist mehr als nur eng und es stehen überall Säulen wo ein durchkommen fast unmöglich ist.Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel habe ich etwas mehr erwartet da im Zimmer sehr alte Vorhänge waren und auch die terasse renovierungsbedürftig war ebenso das bad. Der Fernseher wurde nicht optimal montiert.Die beschreibung hat nicht dem entsprochen was booking geschrieben hat.Das Frühstück war dürftig.Ich habe in Nizza life Hotels angeschaut in der selben Preisklasse und auch mit 4 Sterne die um einiges besser ausgestattet waren.

Rue très bruyante - nous avond dû fermer la fenêtre durant la nuit pour pouvoir dormir

ottima posizione, buon parcheggio per la moto, disponibilità e gentilezza del personale. Bellissima e vicinissima spiaggia dell'hotel.

l'hotel andrebbe ristrutturato. camere poco insonorizzate

senza ombra di dubbio l'accoglienza in quanto è difficile trovare in francia anche in hotel a 5 stelle personale che parli italiano. la posizione è ottima in quanto centrale e vicino alla spiaggia.
