Perfect location, just 2 min. walk to beach. Convenient room and friendly personell. Plage use cost 16 Eur/person/day including seat and umbrella (hotel provide 2 Eur discount, but looks expensive anyway. (There are public beach in 10 minutes walk, which is free of charge). |

Proximity to beach, town centre and restaurants. Extremely comfortable bed, large balcony with views of town and seashore Hotel is actually in Juan le Pins, not Antibes.... the taxi fares were approx €20 e/w which were very expensive for such a short distance, Also very difficult to actually get a taxi!! |

The location is fantastic and very close to the sea front. Like others have commented, the hotel is rather dated and needs an uplift. |

very pleasant staff . great location right in centre of town close to all you could need. nice balcony in room we booked space in car park which was very tight to move around in .we had a small car . anyone with an estate car would struggle |

Very warm welcome from the owner, clean room and very central to bars and restaurants in Juan les Pins, and also the beach. The wi-fi was broken when I visited which was inconvenient as the purpose of my visit was a business trip. |

La vue exceptionnelle depuis le balcon depuis le 5ème étage, la grande baie vitrée qui, même fermée, permet de bénéficier d'une large vue, le confort de la chambre et de la salle de bain avec toilettes séparés (par contre, l'évaluation aurait certainement été différente si nous avions été installés dans une chambre quelques étages en-dessous car la vue aurait été plus fade. Rien car tout était parfait si ce n'est peut-être le bar, au rez-de-chaussée, qui ne nous a pas semblé très accueillant (trop sombre) |

Отель оставил хорошие впечатления. Удобно расположен, недалеко от моря и от железнодорожной станции, хороший персонал. На мой взгляд, неоправдано дорогой завтрак и номера немного староваты. В целом хорошое впечатление. |

Отель вполне комфортный, хорошо расположен, персонал замечательный. Каких-либо неудобств мы не отметили. Пляж у отеля дорогой, скидка для проживающих в отеле неощутимая, к сожалению пришлось пользоваться муниципальным. Мне кажется, стоило бы указать, что собственного пляжа нет. |
