The location was perfect - 2 steps away from Galeries Lafayette and Opera! The room was always perfectly clean, the we didn't like the layout very much. The customer service was very good as well.

Fantastic location in the heart of Opera! Rm was clean, amazingly quiet, cute balcony, good amenities, well connected WiFi and courteous staff. Close to metro stops, dbl decker tour bus and airport bus. Many cute cafes and gourmet grocery store close by. Excellent price for money esp if 2 people in room!!

The location was very good, just minutes to Lafayette, Opera and the metro. I was even able to walk to Louvre, Vendome. Room was very clean and cozy. Hotel staff were very kind and everyone spoke fluent English. Problem with toilet flush button and hair dryer was a bit annoying. Breakfast menu should have more menus.. I felt it was overpriced.

Well located near the Haussmann shops, close to Metro & RER Rooms are ridiculously small, you couldn't swing a cat in them. You can't even find room to put you bags somewhere The bed was broken down the middle, and far from comfortable. Look elsewhere, this is not very good value for money.

The location is near printemps and lafayette which is awesome. The receptionist is very accomodating and english is very good. Rooms are small but it is clean and tastefully decorated.

This hotel is a gem! We had a gorgeous, quiet room at a very affordable price booked the same day we needed a room due to a flight cancellation. The location is prime --- just a few blocks from the Opera Garnier.

It was my worst experience in Paris hotels ever, the hotel staff was trying to make me a full from the very beginning and to let me stay in the accomodation of less category then initially pre booked, after two times of check in ,and because of non available roome sof my category , they have given me a suit. I didn't like the hotel staff and the hotel itself , would never go there again.

Nice staff there. When I travel to Paris, I always stay here if available. There was a road construction going on just outside the hotel, and it was never easy to stop your taxi there.

The very good location close to Opera and Galleries Lafayette. The comfortable spacious clean room and the friendly helpful staff. That breakfast was not included in price...we have paid about 400 euro for 3 nights.
