Good value for money hotel in a great location

The classic room was small, however we did look into the more expensive rooms and suites and they were a lot bigger

the room was small for an expensive and supposedly deluxe room. The wireless internet did not work

Overall i would say this hotel is perfect for its location just 2 minutes walk to the metro and also to the galeries lafayette and the printemps department stores...The room likewise is very small but the bed is comfortable and we did enjoy the hot shower

the only disadvantage of this hotel is that the room is very small and we din really have much ample space to move around after placing our luggage in the room but we dont really mind about that as after all we only spent very little time in the room and used it only for sleeping

I liked the location and the warm atmosphere of the hotel .

We chose this hotel as it was near to the Casino de Paris where we had tickets for a concert. It was also very convenient for the shops and the Train stations of Paris. It also had a bathroom with a bath! Which is not always the case in Paris. The staff were excellent and polite. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, We were in a back room and found it amazingly quiet considering we were in the centre of Paris!

The room was small, also the walls a little thin but that is only to be expected in a city hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The room/bath were spacious and well appointed. The location was near shopping which was the reason for my trip, and also near the Gare du Nord so taxi fares were around 8,50 Euro.

The neighborhood seemed to be deserted at night and there was not a bevy of good little neighborhood cafes that were in close proximity after an exhausting day of travel and shopping. There was a lot of lunch time, Asian fast food & sushi type places that closed down after the stores closed.

In my situation, the hotel was very close to the office which made it convenient to stay there. There are enough facilities in the area to get something to eat and drink (restaurants, bars, places to buy breakfast etc)

Nice location, clean but very tiny rooms, overall charming and close proximity to al grand stores

Staff was not very helpful in terms of orientation of surroundings.

The personal was very attentive and nice; everything was clean and deserved 5*.

I still don't like this kind of bath - with a glass, which doesn't help to prevent splitting watter on the floor. Yet this was the only problem.

Staff were tremendously helpful and friendly. The room, while not large, was beautiful and exactly as advertised. The bathroom was immaculate.

The Bed is comfortable.

The room is too small.

Promotion price was very good value for newly renovated interior and just minutes walk to Opera. Very cozy and lovely hotel !

I asked the staff about the train time schedule and he told me to go to the station to check. He did not try to find by internet or telephone. I was disappointed a bit.
