The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel was convenient by foot to most of the city's attractions, as well as to reasonably priced restaurants. |

Good location on a quiet street. Metro station near by. Easy acces to airport (shuttle stop is very close). Nice and friendly owner Hotel deserves one star at most. Room renovations badly needed. No wardrobes or closets in the room. No drawers. Carpets worn out |

Very friendly, obliging proprietor, with good English. Good sized room, comfortable beds. Within easy walking distance of city centre and main places of interest. Good breakfast. Bathroom was ready for redecorating and modernization, but there was hot water on tap. We approached it on foot from the station, through a rather sleazy area, but if approached from the city centre it was OK. |

We stayed in two rooms. One had been redecorated recently and was superb. The other was a little frayed around the edges, but still very clean and spacious. The hotel itself was charming, our rooms were at the back and thus were cool and very quiet and the proprieter was extremely helpful and friendly. A very pleasant experience all round. If I had to pick something, then the lack of lift meant dragging bags to the third floor was, well, a drag... |

The staff is superb. 2 minutes walk to the metro A-B station, to the bus station to the airport, and 4 to the main square. Free internet connection. Very convenient price. Very large, simple room (renewed recently but done on the cheap). The small square behind the hotel is always a place where homeless park. Some unpleasant encounters may occur, but not dangerous. Being the rooms so large with high-ceilinged, I doubt how would be well heated in winter. |

The personnel was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was located close to the center and several restaurants / shops. The interior was a bit old (e.g. wall painting, carpets, etc.) |

Near convenient underground station even within 10minutes from SNCF station. Friendly staff. Cosy room Door nob was broken and enable to close.If you are sensitive person,it could be called crummy. If you stay alone,not big problem but just inconvenience.Small wardrobe against the room size, why??? |

Wonderful location, off a main street but quiet. The manager was very helpful and courteous and speaks English, which came in handy when my companion became ill and had to go to a doctor in Toulouse. The hotel is very clean and the beds were comfortable. |

O atendimento e a atenção do funcionário da recepção, que parece ser o "faz tudo" do hotel. Simpático, prestativo e eficiente. Bom café da manhã para padrão do hotel. As condições físicas do quarto deixam a desejar; não há um frigobar e a cama é pouco confortável. Mas é econômico e atende a quem fica pouco tempo. |

Personnel très aimable, connaissant bien la ville et toujours prêt à donner un bon conseil pour découvrir la ville. Hôtel qui a son charme, et j'aime bien, rien à voir avec ces hôtels toujours identiques, calqués sur le même modèle...Emplacement idéal en centre ville avec navette aéroport et rapport qualité prix très favorable. Je conseille sans hésitation. |

L'accueil très aimable, et la localisation proche des commerces tout en étant dans une rue calme pour se reposer. Un petit reproche sur les douches qui sont montés à l'envers donc j'ai eu une douche froide au lieu de chaude. |
