It was brill, breakfast was good and the service

Toilet in room the plumber who put in the toilet did'nt sit on toilet not comfortable if you have a back problem can't seat square on toilet has wash hand support in the way, bathroom very clean.

Excellent position in Nice.

Very basic room, clean but shabby.

Receptionists are friendly. They booked a taxi for us, provided us with the maps and different information prospects about Côte d'Azur. Our room and bathroom were large enough. There were vending machines with water, juice and coffee in a lobby. Yogurt , cereals, coffee or tea, jam, two croissants , fruit salat were served for breakfast. The hotel is located at very convenient place, close to a bus stop, a station to take Auto Bleue, place Massen, 5 minutes to promenade Anglais. Towels were changed every day. Any way many thanks!

Towels were grey color with holes. There was a strange smell coming form toilet in a room. Internet connection was slow in our room.

A very good two-star hotel, reasonable price. Perfect location and the room was always cleaned well. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were comfortable, air conditioned, and free wifi. This was my first time at the hotel and I'd certainly come for the second time!

Thin walls, therefore noise from other guests. Water took forever to get hot, always either too hot or too cold.

Perfect location and the room was always cleaned well. Hot water and water pressure was good.

Generally front desk staff were very good but on a Wed morning, the reception was staffed by a young dark haired guy. I asked him if we can cancel a tour that was reserved the day before at the desk since my daughter was sick. He said no, it's been scheduled. So I returned to the room and called the tour agency (the trip was booked through the hotel) and they said no problem. I called the reception and told the man that I cancelled it and it could be done. I wish he had done more to help out than just dismiss it.

A very good two-star hotel, low season price is very reasonable. The location is perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Rooms a bit outdated but comfortable, air conditioned, with a good tv and free wifi. This was my second time at the hotel and I'd certainly come for the third time!

Pillows were hard.

Very good hotel in the heart of Nice, close to city senter and Massena Platz, Gallery Lafayette, 10 min by walk to train station. Very friendly and kindly staff.

I loved how the staff were so friendly and helpful with everything. very obliging and professional staff. the location was very central to all amenities. house keeping was excellent. We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel.

Location, near the beach/old Nice city and railway station.

Great staffs (24 hours on site), and good locations. The price is cheaper in the area, but nice is in general expensive.

The room can have some further improvements, but not essential if you always want to explore the city and most of the time touring outside.

Having to pay before seeing the room but at least they offered money back if room was unacceptable.

Very close to the place Massena, old town and a few minutes walk from the beach. Overall safe area. The staff is very friendly.

Distance to the beach, near shopping center and the train station, nice and clean room

Staff: Friendly and helpful. Location: Excellent, 2 blocks to the main plaza, 3 to restaurants, 4 to the bus stop for day trips. Room: Decent size (for France), clean, plenty of hot water, quiet, elevator, and ac. Other: The coffee machine in the lobby - with breakfast at e7 a cup of coffee until we could get out was great.

The room and interior were a bit tired but ok for a 2 star hotel. The WiFi was overloaded and very slow; almost useless after 7:00 pm. Sidebar: I did not like Nice very much. The city is crowded and dirty, the food is monotonous, and everything is badly overpriced. (Note: My wallet was stolen so this influences my opinion - by a pick pocket at the bus stop for Monaco.) The sun and sea are great but the beaches are stoney until you get west past Cannes. Florida beaches are better. What you get in Nice is good climate and proximity to the uber rich.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, very nice location.

Great location. Close proximity to the beach, the old town and the bus station.

Breakfast - dingy room, felt tired and breakfast was not good. Nothing tasted fresh - perhaps frozen and then thawed? Coffee not good either. We paid for breakfast upon checking in, but cancelled after the first morning's breakfast.

Staff on front desk were very friendly, in particular the lady who checked us in who provided valuable information about Nice and the surrounding area and was more than happy to answer any questions we had. Fantastic location within easy reach of old town, Promenade des Anglais, the seafront and shopping district, without too much noise at night.

Friendly and helpful staff; good location - a bit of a walk to the heart of Nice but easy enough. Room was clean and price was good for summer in Nice.

Very dated; very noisy - could hear our neighbours.
