Location is great. The decor is ¨cute¨, as described by the staff member that said she could not refund me the money when I resisted to stay there. The apartment is a cave (is in the roof of a french apartment). The elevator does not reach there. You have to go through different aisles (in construction) and the apartment is extra small. Probably where the porter lived in the past. The ¨bed¨ is a mattress over the bathroom and close to the ceiling. You cannot be standing. It is a theft. |

The location was great! The apt had everything you needed. But, above all, the service was extraordinary. I had to mix this trip business/vacation and needed help making many arrangements. The help that the Helzear reps gave me leading up to and during the stay, made for an extremely easy and enjoyable trip. |

With small children it is ideal to have dinner 'at home' and a feel of independance. It was small but cosy. One can not leave the luggage at the apartment when departure is later in the day, which was a shame. |

Great location, stayed there for one week with my husband and enjoyed it. Friendly and helpful staff. The apartment luxury fully equipped was spacious, clean, comfortable and very quiet. I would strongly recommend this hotel. |

Location was brilliant, Audrey - the lady that met us there was fabulous and amazingly helpful. Thank u! The shower drain didn't flow and put water all over the bathroom floor which was very annoying and meant 2 minute showers which wasn't very relaxing. Also was difficult to find, no signs. |

A very nice place. Closed to top shopping places and in the business district :-). Beautifull apartments with design and classical furniture and the feeling of really being at home. Courteous people have welcomed me and I felt like a guest....A Nice experience ! |

The location was good. Walking distance to the Champs, and metro very close. A few nights before we left for Paris, we were informed by the hotel, that we could not get into the apartment until 5-6pm. It is not logical since most flights arrive at cgd in the am. I e-mailed the staff asking if it were possible for us to leave if with the staff. They said no. Our only choice was to leave our bags at the galleries lafayette( a family of four !) We came to find out that there is a room on the premises. One other thing-our shower flooded our first evening there, and while they did fix the flood, no one came with towels (WHich we had to use so the entire room didn't flood) untill the 3rd day, even when they said they would bring more towels that day. |

Central Location, Up to date facilities inside room. Loft space too close to ceiling - claustrophobic. Complete lack of services. Lack of luggage storage facilities. Concierge was relatively useless. No phone in room. |

The apartment is very clean and convenient. The neighborhood feels safe. The interior of the apartment is very new and the design is chic and modern. The representative is very helpful, kind and speaks very fluent English. The apartment is quite small for three person and those who have claustrophobia should not stay there. The bed is very close to the slanted roof, making it little room to move around. |

The room was modern and neat, very suitable for 2 people. Excellent central location for shopping & site seeing in Paris. We booked the room for 4 people and were expecting a 2 bedroom apartment... There is not much space to share with 4 people and no privacy as there are no private bedrooms. Housekeeping does not change towels daily. |

The appartement was nicely furnished with an excellent location; hence ideal for a city trip with kids as the place was bigger than the typical "Paris" hotel room. We were meeted by a very friendly lady who gave a tour of the appartement together with the codes for entry and explanation of the services one could order. We ordered the appartment with view of the Eifel, but upon arrival were given a different appartment which dissapointed the kids because they were looking forward to the promised view (however small the window most probably was). No real explanation was provided and we were never informed of this switch, only confronted with a "fait accompli". |

Generally, it was great apartment. I liked: -5 min to Champs Elysee. 100 meter to metro station. very new furniture. very quiet place. -Air condition. - Heater. modern design. -Tiny room. -There is no safety box. No reception. As I read it's apartment for four guests but in fact they have two double bed and one of them is enough only for one guest. |

Location is good..perfect for 2 people. Very very small apartment!! The ceiling is inclined , u will have the impression that u live in a box!!! Its definately not for 4 people or a family of 4. The rooms are not seperated and the lift doesnt reach the apartment floor!! There is no concierge to help you with your luggage so hope u are strong enough or take only small carry on bags!! |

la ubicación del apartamento y las vistas desde el mismo, además de la decoración, es muy acogedor. el sofa cama era un poco incomodo. El apartamento es ideal para 2 adultos solos o con niños, más de 2 adultos solo apropiado para estancias cortas de fin de semana por el espacio. |

Il s'agit d'appartement et non d'un hôtel. Il n'y a donc pas de réception et donc à l'heure d'arrivée, un rendez-vous est fixé pour obtenir la clé. Nous avons dû attendre 2h30 cette personne!! Pas super! |

il disign delle camere è molto alto, la posizione e l'ubicazione è ottima ...le dimensioni delle camere sono assolutamente per due persone e non tre o quattro come dicono di conseguenza il prezzo è un po' alto per due... la modalita' di check in non è proprio rassicurante visto che non c'è una reception vera si fa' tutto al telefono a buon cuore loro.....è scandaloso poi che si prendono 1000 euro di cauzione e la restituiscono dopo un mese |
