Nice feel to hotel, friendly efficient staff, although room was small it was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Excellently situated. Tea and coffee making facilities in room would add to comfort. A warning re traffic noise at front of hotel would have been useful. |

Convenience of the Latin Quarter, almost all of the staff very helpful and friendly, big bathroom, room was clean, reception area nicely decorated. The A/C was working poorly the entire time during our stay and they could not seem to get it to work on a consistent basis; the woman at the front desk on our arrival did not look happy to see us becuase of the early hour, and I found that unacceptable in customer service |

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Because of a flight cancellation I arrived a day late, but had no difficulty arranging to have the room remain available. |

Loved this hotel. Good sized room for Paris. Very comfortable bed and the best pillows! Friendly English speaking staff. Great location for sight seeing and restaurants. |

Great hotel room! View from 502 of St. Severin was precious. The location to latin quarter, Notre Dame, restaurants, metro was GREAT! The only problem I had was I could not use the hotel's internet and had to pay for internet from an alternative service. The staff was helpful in trying to get it to work, but it wouldn't work...I don't think it was my computer because the hotel's computer downstairs didn't work either. Due to the poor value of the US dollar, it was expensive, but comparing to other hotels in the area it was fair |

The hotel staff (Frederick) who checked us in was friendly and welcoming. Our room 501, was clean and perfect for us. We have a 6 year old boy who shared our bed, bit of a squeeze but fine for just 2 nights. |

Fantastic location, friendly staff, lovely decor, large lift, clean rooms, good use made of space for cupboards and drawers, free acess to computer & internet, good resturants around & didnt have to venture far at night for entertainment, umbrellas at the door, near RER, What more could you want? Booked hotel airport shuttle for convenience. Realise its not usual in Europe but would have appreciated a kettle in the hotel room. |
