Magic Circus Hotel at Disneyland® Paris  

The Magic Circus gave Us the best of both worlds. With Disney on the Doorstep and Central Paris a few stops away on the train, we were free to suit ourselves how to spend the four days holiday. The buffet breakfast provided us with a great choice and set us up perfectly for the busy day ahead. Staff were All very friendly and extremely helpful, advising on train tickets, park tickets etc. and the free shuttle transport was regular and efficient. The Bar staff were also particulary friendly and had invented some very interesting Hallowe'en cocktails.... The children, who are 17 and 14 thought the Kids' bunk bed was good fun and all part of the Disney experience....without the expense...

Of course the location. Disneyland and a shopping outlet just 10 mins away.

You have to drag the huge luggage trolley yourself since there is no porter available. The toilets need renovation. You have to take your soap, shampoo and other toiletries with you. There is only one strange soapy washing liquid available.

We choose the magic circus because of the location. The rooms were also not as basic as some of the other hotels in the area. The breakfast included in the price was very good, there was a large variety and children were very well catered for. The room was large and we were able to book a double room and request a cot. Generally a good hotel with a few housekeeping issues.

While we enjoyed our stay there were a few areas that could be improved upon. Only two of the four lights in the bathroom were working and the soap dispenser didn’t work. The cups provided with the usual tea and coffee set weren't clean. They had clearly been washed in a dishwasher but had residue on the inside. The plates at breakfast also suffered the same fate with egg 'welded' to the 'clean' plates. There wasn't anywhere to eat in the evening at the hotel either. While staff were very helpful and kindly replaced out duvet when our daughter had been sick there was no concierge to help with our bags when we arrived. We have a small child so had a lot of luggage.

Magic Circus is a decent and comfortable hotel. Free shuttle service #54 between the 4 partner Disney hotels and Disneyland Paris is quite frequent and convenient to use. Our room had a king bed and another very small room separated from the main room with a curtain contains a bunk bed for the kids. The bathroom was nice and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was decent, the croissants were marvelous, however I would expect to have more varieties of cheese. The hotel has a fitness room and pool (both closing at 22:00) that are free of charge. There was free parking space in front of the hotel. There is a self serve huge luggage room to be used as concierge.

The dinner was very expensive (34 Euro for adults, 12 Euro for kids). The vending machines were also extremely expensive (3 Euro per 500ml of Evian, this is even more expensive than the vending machines in Disneyland). Although the rooms were quite clean, our bathroom bathtub outlet was clogged.

Breakfast was great. Very good shuttle service to Disneyland. Friendly stuff.

The extras are extremly expensive. Take your water with you otherwise you pay 3 euros per half liter water.

Location, most of the people working there were friendly.

The pool water was too cool. The food at breakfast was horrible. Cereal was the only thing we could eat.The girl selling tickets at the counter did not tell us we could get cheaper tickets at the park for 60+, She also had an attitude and was not friendly.

Too expensive for food drink etc , silly expensive for evening buffet

good place to stay not only for those who would like to visit Disneyland Paris. Very good communication with the Paris...

- room service poor - during the breakfast pls don't look at the waiters (cleaning) service. 4 stars hotel with solution that everything left after breakfast you can find on the floor. - only one restaurant in the hotel - no choice !!!

The rooms accommodation for parents with children

Very noisy, the rooms were fairly clean, but the restaurant elevators and lobby were not. The buffet were excellent on Friday and Saturday night but Sunday it looks like they served the left over and we had to wait 45 minutes for the children to have fried potatoes. No wifi in my room even if I wanted to pay for it. I had to wait 20 min. Every day to be able to use the hotel pc.

The air conditioning was switch off by hotel, we could not sleep at night.
