the convenent location with shuttle buses, the good value breakfast, cleanliness and being newly built and it was snowing for the kids. Water pressure and heat of showers are great. |

A good selection of food for breakfast with characters visiting to keep the children amused. All seemed clean enough, good value for money. The hotel could benefit from a member of staff (concierge or porter) at the front doors, to assist. Also the shuttle bus was not at all clear when dropping passengers off. It collects from the train / bus station outside the parks and then stops at 4 hotels and never in the same order. Therefore when arriving at night we were unaware which hotel stop was ours and got off at the wrong hotel, having to wait an hour to get collected and take the round trip back to our correct hotel. All the drivers need to do is shout out the hotel name at each stop. Many people were confused and it seemed the drivers didn’t really care. |

the room is big and suitable for families with kids of differant ages, has some electronic games in the lobby and disney store that also sales milk and chips the room service was not very clean |

There is lots for kids to do in the hotel if you are stuck there because of rain. Unfortunately the brekfast was pretty poor but kids seem to like it. The staff appear untrained. I turned up as a single parent with 5 bags and a child in a pram and asked if someone could help me. Staff were polite but said there was no bellman. There was no one else to serve so the three receptionists watched as i struggled to the lift. It just wasn't in their job description. Similar events kept happening that I think are all to do with no or poor training. I book and paid for my late checkout and my money was taken but my key still stopped working and my room was a long way from reception. I was told that my reservation could not be found but another receptionist found it easily. I asked for help with train times but that service wasn't provided even though noone appeared to be doing anything. |

We liked the hotel itself with the atmosphere and the fact the children have lot's to play with , they were very happy. The pool is also very nice. The service is very good as well The rooms are too small for a family. The food in the evening was average minus though quite expensive. Only one restaurant and no option for something light or snack. |

The location was fantastic, close proximity to Disneylamd Paris. The hotel shuttle was great, really frequent! Paris centre was easy to get to, a straight train which took about 40 minutes. Generally the hotel was lovely, breakfast was really good, rooms comfortable and clean. Overall everything was fantastic and I would definitley stay here again! |

Curtained off bunk bed good for kids. Heated swimming pool a nice plus. Charges for everything - even for swimming pool towels! Room rather small. You do need a car to get out - in the middle of nowhere. |

Located at about 5min (by car) from Disneyland Resort Paris, a shuttle bus brings you there every 20min! We suspected the hotel linnen not being refreshed at our arrival... |

when i stayed at the hotel, i really liked the layout and design of our room. i was slightly put off from using the room service facility as before you had even brought anything you had to pay a 10 Euro fee. |

The location of the hotel is excellent - just 5 minutes from Disneyland. Shuttle bus is going there every 15 minutes starting early morning till late evening. The surroundings are also very nice. The staff of the hotel was very helpful. The buffet is variable and tasty. Perfect hotel to stay with children. The room seems to need some renovation. |
