酒店环境、设施都很好，房间宽敞，早餐丰富，有去迪斯尼的免费班车，发车频次很高，来回非常方便。有自己的- 花园。非常满意。

价格稍高，不过物有所值。

location, kids smile factor

Room/bathroom a bit tired, sink slow to drain and full price only set menu in the restaurant is ridiculous especially when you arrive at 9pm.

Attention to detail was lacking.

Our adjoining rooms were perfect for our needs.

We had adjoining family rooms, and one had a pool of soap in the bathroom on the counter and on the floor. It also had candy wrappers under the bunk beds. It was clear that the room had not been cleaned properly. There was no cooling system available in our room. When we asked the reception they said there was no A

Of course the location. Disneyland and a shopping outlet just 10 mins away.

You have to drag the huge luggage trolley yourself since there is no porter available. The toilets need renovation. You have to take your soap, shampoo and other toiletries with you. There is only one strange soapy washing liquid available.

We choose the magic circus because of the location. The rooms were also not as basic as some of the other hotels in the area. The breakfast included in the price was very good, there was a large variety and children were very well catered for. The room was large and we were able to book a double room and request a cot. Generally a good hotel with a few housekeeping issues.

While we enjoyed our stay there were a few areas that could be improved upon. Only two of the four lights in the bathroom were working and the soap dispenser didn’t work. The cups provided with the usual tea and coffee set weren't clean. They had clearly been washed in a dishwasher but had residue on the inside. The plates at breakfast also suffered the same fate with egg 'welded' to the 'clean' plates. There wasn't anywhere to eat in the evening at the hotel either. While staff were very helpful and kindly replaced out duvet when our daughter had been sick there was no concierge to help with our bags when we arrived. We have a small child so had a lot of luggage.

The rooms were never cleaned, even the bedding. There were no lotions or soaps that you get at other hotels. The bath room was dusty and floor never cleaned. The water was lukewarm not hot enough. The breakfast menu was the same for all the days we were there it never changed. The reception was always full and there was no information desk

Servicelevel and connections to Disneyland

Compared to the pictures the hotel are soon in need to be renovated. Some things really stat to look worn out.

The staff were helpful and friendly and the overall comfort and facilities were good.

As I indicated to staff, the noise levels were unacceptable and I felt that not enough was done to resolve the problem.
