Good location right next to Arc the triomphe and a quite road but not exactly luxury The walls of the room were very dirty, stained with chocolat or mud, the bed was quite small and not a king size, the sink is not separated from the bedroom and the shouwer has a glass door so no privacy at all, a very tiny room and no slippers, no fridge, no coffe making machine, no cotton, no bath robe, you only get the strict minimum, a comfy bed and that s all for more than 160 euros..outrageous!!!

Location, staff friendliness during day & night, staff all spoke good english, use of natural materials everywhere, relaxing atmosphere Room was a bit small and also quite dusty because of the natural materials used - would not recommend for anyone who suffers from dust allergies or severe asthma.. Although... I was suffering from a bad cold & chesty coughs during my stay which didn't help either.

Breakfast was exceptionally well-arranged. My type of room was not available for the first night and I was put in the smallest room they had, and it was very small..... And they only gave me a 30 euro discount for that night..., Then I had to go thru the hassle of moving rooms for the 2nd night (which meant packing and unpacking). Received apologies of the staff, but that is hardly the right first impression. Also their prices for laundry was very high, their free wireless internet connection was not reliable, disconnected often and very slow in speed.

Really nice hotel, design, made of natural materials such as wood and stone, with a very nice staff. The hotel is not far from les Champs Elysées (Arc de Triomphe). We've been upgraded to a Sensation room for free just by asking if there were still Inspiration rooms available at the Internet price! The room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed (not only for sleeping, ha). Excellent stay.

I am a frequent flyer and this was the best stay in the past years. I have a e years old baby and they setup the baby cot before checking in where other hotels make me ask for that several of times. We had been upgraded to a bigger room with a lovely bathtub. It was home away from home. You will love every tiny detail in the hotel. I said this sentence to the staff over there, when I first stepped into the hotel it felt like a resort in maldives or south africa. Out of this world and unusual to experience it here in Paris.

Hard to choose just one. The hotel is a gem in the centre of Paris and is beautifully decorated. The service was outstanding and although, like most Paris hotels, it is fairly expensive it was well worth it. When we go to Paris again, which is usually once a year, we will stay at this hotel every time now. No more searching required.

The design of the room was excellent. The room was also very quiet and so was the location. Mauro the bartender should be running the hotel, he was very accomodating, friendly, and understood customer service. He helped bring our bags in even though it was not his job and always had a smile on his face. Also, the laundry service was convenient. The girl at the front desk was not very good. She checked us into another room with bags in it and found out it was not our room which was a pain. We also paid for a larger room and they gave us a smaller room and she argued about it with me stating the room was the same size when I saw them both with my own eyes and stated otherwise to her. Not very customer service friendly to argue with a customer. When I also called down for Laundry service, she recommended that I go across the street to a laundromat to get my pants clean. Not what I had in mind. Do you honestly think I am going to sit in a laundrymat and for an hour and a half to clean my own pants while I am on vacation in Paris? She finally got it after I told her to have the hotel clean the pants for me. She needs to be trained on the conveniences of what the hotel offers as far as service as she was off putting.

5 minutes walk from the Arc the Triomphe and underground. Room was quiet and the breakfast was good with enough choice. Late check in possible (16:00 hrs) and the tea could be served better to have the customer decide the strength of it.

Very good location for shopping and restaurants. Parking area very close to the hotel. Breakfast is not much, but good quality for the price of 15 €. Rooms are small, but wel designed and a very good bed. The beds are very small. We booked the hotel for a promotional price, if not the rooms are very expencive for what it is.

once you found the place, it was quite accessible from major points of interests. the theme of the hotel was nice. the lobby area was beautiful and so was the room itself. the bed was very comfortable. there was no slippers for in-room use. the room was too small, that a large carrier bag was an obstacle to moving in the room. there was no bath, which would've been appreciated. the location of the hotel is a bit hard to find, as the street does not show up on any of the tourist maps I had available.

Excellent hotel, good atmosphere, friendly personnel. However our room was rather small, it was intelligently designed: they have used the available space in the best possible way. The room was very clean and the bed was in one word fantastic. I would certainly consider going back. However the breakfast was very tasty it was rather limited and in my opinion not worth of 15 eur per person. Next time I would consider eating breakfast outside the hotel.

Very nice and friendly staff, an international mix of young motivated people willing to make you to feel the guest. Decoration gives a home feeling, although the room was very - very small, it still comforts you. Rooms are to small, but ok it's Paris.
