1.Air conditioner did not work even for a minute during my all four days stay. Rooms were extremely hot and no alternative arrangements were made. 2. While booking online website confirmed that two children of age below 10 years could be accomodated in the same room at free of cost. However, during checkin I was harassed by hotel staff and forced to pay for second room. I was told rudely by the receptionist to go to other hotel as she can not allow me to stay there until I pay for two rooms despite providing the evidence (booking print out) of free stay of two children. |

Location - near metro The hotel was 2star not 3, the breakfast was dreadful i.e tinned fruit and cheese in plastic. The room was tiny, no fan, in poor condition e.g. tiles broken in bathroom. In summer was too hot. |

Friendly staff. However this hotel might be more suitable for business travellers rather than leisure trips. Access was difficult. Room too small. Corridors carpet humid and not clean. Limited choice of English channels. |

Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Good choice of fresh food for continental style breakfast. Close to Metro for journey into centre of Paris. Room was very clean and towels changed each day. At the time of booking the hotel, I had requested a car parking space to be reserved for our stay. Arrived late evening and was told there are no reservations and spaces are on a first come first served basis and that there were no spaces left. Had to search for parking space in a nearby street. |

The lift is not available to the parking floor so it's necessary to carry the lugagge through the narrow stairs. |

The staff was outstanding. The breakfast was outstanding. The room was very comfortable. The internet service was good if you are on the first 2-3 floors. There are some good Italian and mediterranean restaurants in the area. The location is on the south edge of the city. There is a 10-15 minute walk to the Metro station and a 15-20 minute Metro ride to get to the center of the city. |

My son was participating at a fencing competition, and the hotel staff was very fair, to let us to have a very early breakfast, and allowed us to let our car in the parking during the event. The car parking has extremely narrow places. |

Ruim de tijd om te ontbijten (van 6.30 tot 10.30 uur). Toen we om 9.45 uur kwamen ontbijten, was er geen kaas of ham meer. Ook het stokbrood was op. Uiteindelijk kwam er toch nog een stokbrood, maar dat was uitgedroogd. |

Le prix était vraiment intéressant par rapport à la prestation . . . . . Le petit déjeuner est un peu léger. Ce n'est pas un 3 étoiles mais plutôt un deux ! |
