The hotel is light and airy with excellent facilities. We were travelling with a small baby and were upgraded to a superior mezzanine room, which was superb. We had room service one night, which was the best I've had in a hotel. Ample car parking and not a long walk (c 10 mins) into the centre

We have been using this hotel for many years and we have never been let down.

Location was good and parking was easy. Asked for more pillows and recieved them straight away good quality. Tea and coffee making facilities and a mini bar so store the milk we bought.

The room felt claustrophobic and we could hear the neighbours through the interconnecting door and smelt strong cigarette smoke. View from window was horrible. Staff were pleasant at reception. We ate out as menu was not very appealing. Breakfast was €17 we didn't bother!

Clean and very well run hotel ample free parking, rooms modern, nice bar although a bit pricey. Have been before and will return, its a longish walk to the town centre but worth it as most if not all hotels in town centre have no parking.

We have been to the hotel before and love the family rooms and the leisure facilities. It's location is also great and there's lots to do in good and bad weather.

The service in the bar was very slow and it took them 20 mins initially serve us in the restaurant. Staff weren't particularly polite or attentive even though it is fairly expensive to eat in there! Food is lovely but service was a bit disappointing this time unfortunately.

It is not the first time we choose this hotel, as usual high quality. The best for this price range in Touquet.

Location and comfort.

Room was a bit too hot and couldn't find instructions for heating/aircon. Also the fitness room was poor for the size and type of hotel. Parking at a premium too,

The hotel has a superb location close to fine restaurants, walks, golf and the town of Le Touquet. Very clean throughout, fine leisure facilities and very accommodating staff.

Quite expensive for room only.

The staff were very good, I had been away all week on buisness and this was a surprise stop for my wife, when I booked the room I mentioned this and we were given a really nice room

Really good hotel very nice setting, good service, used pool but it was a bit cold. Breakfast great will definitly do return visit in the future

Thought the hotel was very basic. Needs some upgrading. Bathroom plumbing not good Television no good Needs more english channels and larger screen.

Good clean family friendly hotel.

Felt that the room and restaurant charges were high relative to the standard of the hotel. However that might reflect local competition and the restaurant food was very good.

Very comfortable with room on first floor which was very quiet. Within walking distance of main centre but quiet to return to. Very good BBQ dinner on our second night. Very good staff.

The location and quality of the hotel facilities especially the family rooms make this a great place to stay.If visiting with children be prepared to spend a lot of time in the swimming pool, great fun.Good car parking facilities a real bonus.

The hotel bar was a bit dull with prices on the high side. It did not encourage you to use the facility which is a shame. Relaxing in the hotel bar after a full day on the beach,golf course or in the town is a perfect way to end the day. The cost of breakfast also high and should be included in the price

Location in a quiet area but within 5 minutes walk of the town centre and 15 minutes of the beach. No need to move the car at all during the weekend break. Additionally the garden is pleasant.

This hotel is dowdy in overall appearance and very badly in need of an intensive upgrade. The swimming pool area is poorly maintained and the breakfast room rather chaotic. The bedrooms are neither well maintained nor well laid out. Carpets need relacement as do the toilet and bathroom. The bath/shower would be rather difficult to access for elderly people. While recognising the timing of our stay, the price for three nights (684€ per room without breakfast) is really more than double what comparable hotels in terms of quality charge. A more reasonable price, allowing for location and timing, would be about 400€
