nice big rooms,the riva restaurent was excellent,nice pool but small,quiet at this time of year but overall very pleasant stay. dissapointed that i could only bring my son to the pool between 6 to 8 only,didnt like there was no walkin shower in bathroom. |

The spa was excellent, with very high quality treatments. Not very disability friendly (we could not go the restaurant as it was quite a long way up a slope or through the car park). |

The location is perfect !!! Also the comfort is at the expected level :-))) ! The price for the breakfast is outrageous !!! 25 eur is too much since we had to pay also for our kids ( 9 and 12 years old !!!!! ) . |

breakfast was good, the lake view was superb at night and the indoor pool was warm even though it was small housekeeping was poor, the indoor swimming pool could barely take 4 adults at a time, the sauna was overheated all the time and the spa was practically non existent. |

Nice location, good rooms, excellent breadfast and friendly staff. Great for our relaxing stay following our skiing trip to Morzine/Avoriaz. The only thing is that Evian is relatively small and quiet in the evening. We found plenty to do during the day and visited nearby places such as Yvoire. |

Nous avons apprécié la situation près du lac et des animations telles que shopping et casino. Le prix du petit déjeûner est trop élevé. Les toilettes de notre chambres n'étaient pas propres à notre arrivée. Le personnel du bar à la réception n'est pas très accueillant et souriant |
