The Agora Swiss Night is in a quiet and green area of Lausanne and has a modern spa and fitness area. It is a 3-minute walk from the train station and just over half a mile from Lake Geneva.

Good location and good staff
Close to the lake and attraction of the site, hotel facilities add a good value to our stay:)
The given rooms location was not as expected
outdated a bit.poor breakfast for a 5 star hotel
The always smiling staff who made our stay comfortable and fun. Location is unmatched. Attentive managers were always present to solve whatever problems there was even without asking.
Leaving this nice place
no shuttle bus even announced
Every thing is good / you must to pay for car park / Arabic TV channel
Only one not I think need to renovate the furniture and make the bathroom from tile to marble
Lebanese restaurant, chef, wait staff, meal! Lake-view rooms, esp for in-laws Swimming pools and spa -- luxxx! Bathrobes and slippers -- fun Breakfast buffet - delish Bathrooms and amenities Responsive staff, for the most part
I had a hard time trying not to feel the "nickel and diming" mentality ... Breakfast was fabulous, but 25 euros per person -- adults and children -- seemed too high
The room (upgraded to junior suite that does have a balcony) The staff was great The restaurant (cosmopolitan) has good burgers for the sunday lunch The lake is really beautiful The view from the executive louge (on the roof) is incredible
Request a high level room so you can have more of a lake view, huge trees are in most of the way otherwise.
Best quality of facility as well as wonderful & delicious breakfast
The underground parking areas seems little bit worse comparing to other best facilities in Hilton Evian Les Bains reputation. The main entrance seems narrow and bit dangerous to drive, Then, need to improve area of parking.
My top likes were: 1. Great room - large bed, large room, blackout curtains, good air-conditioning and well presented bathroom. 2. Excellent breakfast quality and options - except if you're on a diet. 3. Great lounge bar. 4. Great staff service. 5. Nice internal pool.
Hard to find fault. My suggestions for improvements are: 1. Pool table in lobby bar was a bit tired. The white ball had so may pits it reminded me of "The Flintstones". 2. Restricted hours for children in the inside pool was nuisance. Especially as weather was so rubbish that the outside pool was not an option. 3. Wi-Fi was free in lobby, but you had to pay for in the room.
Loved how clean and quiet the hotel was. Loved the facilities at the pool.
A bit over priced. It felt like it was a 4 star trying to be a 5 star on prices. 8.50 for a beer is a but much and the food wasn't great.
Lakeside location excellent
The timing of the servicing of the room was the worst I have experienced. Room not cleaned until around 4.30pm each day. Not nearly good enough.
The view on the lake, the kindness of the staff, the breakfast, the external swimming pool, the location, the lebanese restaurant Loubnane, the concept of the executive lounge, the confort of the room, the bed was very confortable and the surface of the room. This hotel is just great.
- In 2014, the availability of free wifi connection in rooms is a must : it is even more important than television, it is a basic need. - The internal pool restricted for kids to only 4 hours a day (the restriction is ok on sunny days, but on raining days during summer period it would be good not to be restricted for kids) - The lack of information about the executive lounge at the reception : the executive lounge is a great concept but we realized it only when we first testeit
The hotel is close to the lake. The breakfast staff were friendly maybe they could teach the reception staff a thing or two.
I could go on a long time as this hotel was such a disappointment! Yes, it looks good in the pictures but there are a lot of issues for example children can only use the outside pool unless you pay 20 Euros per person. The outside pool is a good size but it was a bit chilly especially for a toddler. The inside pool is tiny! I had booked the hotel and paid for the breakfast in advance. When we arrived my husband checked in and was told that we did not have breakfast it would be 20 Euros each extra. The reception lady also took away all of our booking information that we had printed out. When I told my husband I had booked breakfast he went back to reception and the lady simply said well it isn't on the computer so you don't have breakfast. We asked for the booking information back and she said she had to keep it as we had booked on bookings.com luckily though we had taken a photograph of it and it clearly said that breakfast was included. After a lot of debating another member of staff stepped in and said that she had to allow us to have breakfast as it said it on our booking information. We were 2 adults and a child. It was our sons birthday and we had requested a room with a view and an extra bed, we received neither. We had a room which was directly opposite another building which was pretty rough looking. We asked if we could upgrade and were told that the rooms were different so we couldn't pay extra and upgrade. When we looked in the lake side rooms when housekeeping had the door open there were no differences in the style of the room except for the nice view. There were not enough towels in the room just one set between the 3 of us, a tiny amount of toilet roll, a ripped seat, the main light did not work and the socket was coming away from the wall and the bath plug did not work. We stayed for 4 nights and on 3 occasions when we returned to our room on the fifth floor the key card did not work so we had to go back down to reception.
INTERNET IS CHARGEABLE RESTAURANT WAS AVERAGE
Very helpful front of desk staff. They checked our train at Geneva station which was in danger of being cancelled. Nothing too much trouble. We were also upgraded which was a lovely surprise and very welcome. Friendly bar staff too.
The restaurant down stairs, the staff were fantastic room very clean. bed and pillows fantastic.
Service in Restaurant ist absolutely poor .
Close to town Most of the staff were OK
Girl behind the bar was rude and unhelpful. Lots of faulty light bulbs Scruffy in common areas and outside
The front office team was excellent and had a willingness to serve guests. We were a bit stressed travelling with a 14 months baby and the hotel made it easy for us. There exist a "WOW" factor in the property. Good luck.
location is splendid and staff very nice
for the price of the junior suite, the executive lounge is a joke. Cheap and dirty and it feels like an airport lobby, plastic chairs, not comfortable at all. Furthermore, the hotel doesn't have a parking…?!? You need to use the public parking…hotel is old; decoration feels like the seventies, the spa was broken. We definitively won't go back. I would never have expected such low standing for a Hilton...What a shame for the brand.
The staff are great, and the location.
- the hotel looks very good and our room was fine
- the spa area consists of a small pool with lukewarm water, two small jacuzzis with cold-ish water and a sauna which was not working - despite the room description is "... deluxe king", it does not have a king bed (i.e. one big bed). Two beds are put next to each other to form a big bed.
