Very high standard of hotel for the price and probably the best I have stayed at in France. Ideally situated, right next to the exhibition centre and close to the old town. |

I thought the hotel was great and the staff were really helpful what more could i say i like the place. The only bad thing i would have to say is that €10 for internet for 60 minutes is crazy these days maybe in a 2 or 3th world country but not france. In lyon internet is only €1 to €2 an hour... The only reson i stayed at the hotel was because of the gym and there was a charge of €25 per day which there is nothing on the websit about this.One more thing the mini bar was a joke a bar of choclate for €6 drinks were mad aswell. The last night i stayed in a place in the city center ,The staff were just as nice food and coffee half the price. Free internet and mini bar ,not very much but nice and last thing city center. Cost €30 more but better deal |

Excellent hotel for the price offered at this time (130 EUR). If prices could stay at this level more often I will use this hotel more often as my allowance for business nights are around this level. I 'm even considering using your conferenses facilities next year for an international user meeting we are organising. |

Convenience Stayed in many luxury hotels during our 2009 holiday through Europe & this is the only one to have the cheek to charge for drinking water which is always"Complimentary". Also no bathrobe. |

We love the location and size of the rooms. The included full buffet breakfast is a good item to have at your disposal. This was our 2nd trip to visit family since last Sept and we stayed both times at the Lyon Hilton. What a difference in a hotel stay in 6 months. Our 1st room - the safe did not work, no ice bucket, no fluffy robe as described, We had to move rooms after 2 days because a soccer team was to occupy our floor and we were a security risk living on that floor. |

I liked the big spaces of the room and outside of the room, the corridors and around the reception If you offer something to a customer for Christmas must be good having reasonable price.Also the breakfast was no good for this kind of hotel. |

Its location. It is becoming increasingly evident that hotels reserved through Booking Com set a number of inferior rooms for the purpose. Whether it is Meridien Monparnasse or Hilton Lyon the rooms given are inferior rooms even when the hotel is near empty. La qualité de l'accueil et les l'intérieur des locaux très beaux. Les tarifs ont été surtaxés sous prétexte que nous avons souhaité décaler notre séjour d'une nuit. Ils ont refusé de nous déduire les 4 petits déjeuners que nous n'avons pas consommés. Enfin notre chambre sentait les remotées d'égout, ce qui était très désagréable (surtout pour une femme enceinte!!!). |

la chambre spacieuse, le lit de bonnes dimensions, le calme, le confort de l'hôtel et le buffet petit-déjeuner excellent ! Trop anglophone : nous sommes en France !!! Attention à la douche : la salle de bain est vite inondée !! Internet payant : aujourd'hui l'accès à internet dans les hôtels de luxe devrait être gratuit ! Quant à la moquette au sol... un carrelage resterait plus net... |

insonorisation; situation géographique; petit déjeuner excellent et copieux l'odeur de tabac dans une chambre marquée sur la porte non fumeur et ce d'autant plus que nous avons demandé une chambre non fumeur; le peu de chauffage apporté par la clim alors que celui de la salle de bain était bien. |

La chambre était propre et confortable. Le personnel de l'hôtel sympathique. L'hôtel n'est pas facile d'accès en transports en commun. L'emplacement de la réception n'est pas idéal, on la cherche un peu en arrivant. Nous y sommes allés à l'occasion de la fête des lumières ; c'est dommage de ne pas mettre le programme de cet événement à la disposition de la clientèle. Il y avait comme une odeur de tabac froid dans la chambre. |

Dimension de la chambre. Services proposés. Room service. Le Lounge une fois compris le système. Literie irréprochable et salle de bain grandiose. Personnel du Lounge et de la brasserie très attentionné. Fauteuil dans la chambre sale et très taché. Accès au lounge non explicité à l'arrivée. Le système de clim/chauffage qui assèche trop l'athmosphère dans les couloirs et les chambres (température très basse dans les couloirs, très chaude dans les chambres...). Pas de presse économique francophone. |
