Shuttle service to airport Lack of pillows(one per bed), free coffee in room & high prices for internet & printing. The club sandwich we had at the bar seemed to be pre-made because it was soggy. |

Very convenient- near our terminal we were flying from at CDG. The Hilton is just a "class act"- very good staff and amenities. |

Quick check-in and check-out, quiet rooms, proximity to airport terminals Engineering and room facilities - one bedside lamp was not working, no self-service tea/coffee consumables in the room. Also, they wanted to charge me 129 euros instead of the booking.com confirmed rate of 109 euros. When I showed them the booking.com rate, then they gave me the lower rate - some communication gap. |

The convenient location and room easily met expectations. Would definitely recommend to others. Would like to have seen a gift shop or direct hotel shuttle into Paris for a certain fee. |

Access to Hilton Honors room was a plus. Buffets made meal before plane connection convenient. Upgrade to Hilton Honors and cost was approved. Did not expect an additional room upgrade fee to be on that floor. Should have challenged it but was dashing to flight connection. |

Large quiet room, large very nice marble bathroom with separate shower. Good location at Paris de Gaulle (cdg) airport. Carpet and drapes need repair and replacement. Price of meals and room service is very high for what you get. |

Great staff. Nice clean room. No complimentary internet access. All reasonable hotels provide this. Very expensive parking (29 euros), and for a guest no less. Parking should be free to guests, especially at the expensive room rate. Light switching system in the room was very bad. No way to have bedside or reading light on without having hall light on. Very inconvenient. |

A very comfortable room and many hotel amenities that I was unable to enjoy since I was at the Hilton only one night prior to returning home. |

The convenience to the airport (we were getting ready for our long journey back to New Zealand), the great kindness and good humour of the staff, the comfort of the room and the unusual outlook with it's weird silence! As New Zealanders we found it expensive....but then everything in Europe seems expensive to us! |

Location is convenient for an overnight at the airport. Hotel is consistent with Hilton reputation. Hotel shuttle might take a while to arrive, and might be slow to get to the hotel, depending on demand. Ditto to get from the hotel to the terminal in the morning. Allow extra time just in case. |

I did enjoy the view of CDG airport and the silent in the hotel. I had to wait to long to get the bus to the terminal on Sunday morning and had to take Orlyval which left me to far from my gate. (AirCanada) |

Room was nice and very clean. ~~~ There was a chemical leak at the hotel (cloride) and an emergency evacuation was performed. The staff on duty were excellent, they kept the guests well informed and the hotel provided drinks and snacks until the guests were permitted back into their rooms. I understand that the chemical leak was not the staff's fault; however, it should also not have become the guests problem either. The evacuation took several hours and guest were not permitted to leave the premises or gather belongings to go elsewhere. Due to circumstances our plans were compromised and we ended up eating very late at night at the hotel which was highly overpriced. As compensation when we complained at check-out, we were given the option of 30% off dinner, or 20% off the room. We accepted the 20% off the room (discount was more, proof of just how pricey the dinner was), but we would have preferred to have the dinner fully compensated. Our stay ended up being more expensive than anticipated and we were stuck there. |

Very convenient location, close to the airport and the TT car park. Good value for money as well. Lack of hotel staff. |
