It is just ideal for me. i decided to stay there because of the views of the airport.

I required two particular room numbers. These were given well in advance over the telephone. This was a complete shambles. We simply wanted rooms with a view overlooking the airport. Two of us were excessively charged because they had to use a room on the 8th floor because the specific room was not available. These were pre booked to prevent this from happening. Regarding this mishap, the hotel took no consideration of it being there fault and did nothing for us. This is disgraceful. 2 of us were given an excess charge for using a room on the top floor. It was all taken from my account without being given the chance for the 4 of us to pay for each room seperately.

Spacious, very well appointed rooms. Close proximity to terminals.

Expensive restaurant costs and fee for in-room wifi connection.

Asked for early check in after a long flight - and got it for no extra charge!!

The location next to the airport and the price was good.

From the spacious foyer with welcoming staff, to the superbly appointed room with spotless facilities, Hilton Paris Charles de Gaulle had everything that the weary traveller requires, and more! Dinner was delicious - a beautiful conclusion to a month in France. Thank you!

The hotel staff especially at reception are very helpfull. The room was very clean, comfortable, and there was abundant hot water in the shower.

Although the staff at the hotel restaurant are very attentive and the service is very good the food is expensive and truly awful.

Well located if you depart from Terminal 3. However, 21 euros for a gin/tonic and 29 euros for daily parking, as well as 12 euros an hour for Wi-Fi when most hotels now have this service for free; I find exagerated. The hotel is more suited for business, groups or staff from airlines. Not recommended for transiting.

Prices for food is crazy, extremely and absurdly expensive; I hated that they promoted free shuttle to the CDG airport, but they only go to Terminal 2 and only from 7am in the morning

It is incredible as in a luxury hotel like this, the internet connection is not free. Especially if you are a businessman and you need internet for working, you cannot accept this condition.

Big rooms and location

The food, just junk food, I felt I was in the USA for 24 hours.

room was a good size and well equipped. ok if u just want a room for the night.

Understaffed. Pathetic and disgusting restaurants.(piles of dirty dishes on bar!!) Untrained bar and resto staff ,unable to cope with even the most simple requests.(45 mins for a drink!)

The Hilton CGD was everything you expect from a Hilton hotel but on this occasion the restaurant failed to live up to usual expectations. However, the front desk staff, during check, when hearing this in response to the usual question "How was your stay?" immediately apologised and removed the restaurant charge completely. That is an example of Hilton emphasis on customer service.
