Hilton Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport  

Hienompi ja parempi kuin kuvittelin luettuani muiden käyttäjien arvioinnit. Olin positiivisesti yllättynyt, vaikka tietenkään taso ei ollut aivan 5 tähden Hiltonien lk. Mutta kaikki toimi hotellissa, ja työntekijät olivat sangen ystävällisiä ja avuliaita. Siis päinvastoin kuin muut netissä väittivät. Puhun kylläkin täysin ranskaa ja englantia. Aamupalalla oli enemmän valikoimaa kuin booking.com´issa ilmoitettiin. Erittäin hyvä oli `Breakfast continental´ (à 16e), johon kuului valtaisa valikoima leipätuotteita, jonkun verran jugurtteja ja lisäksi hedelmäpöytä ananaspaloineen ja kiweineen ja muine hedelmineen joille olin allerginen. Tulin täyteen pitkäksi aikaa. Espresso oli hyvää!!! Se on minulle tärkeintä! Yllätyksekseni

Best breakfast in France!

Hotel was very comfortable,the room was luxurious and spacious.the restaurant food and service outstanding

The shuttle bus service from the airport was difficult to locate as insructions were inadequate reception staff agreed but indicated that this was partly due to French authorities' refusal to allow specific signage!

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good buffet breakfast. The front of house staff at reception are very polite and we were able to share a few laughs, making you feel more welcome. The gentleman that checked us out in the morning was superb, a real credit to your staff and what Hilton is about.

Not really complaints, just observations - our free tea and coffee packet wasn't full - a previous customer must have used it andput the rest back in the fridge, so these packets need to be opened when doing a room check. The evening staff that delivered our meal wasn't very polite and for the money you are paying to have the food you would expect more. The breakfast staff weren't on the ball - the manager on at the time was very good, polite and constantly checking and pulling the staff into line. However when he was away they gathered and talked - a couple of boys finished their conversation in front of me before then asking what I needed. However, the stay was very enjoyable and we would deffinately stay there again.

Very close to the main terminals. Shuttle driver very accommodating.

Menu from La Carte options was very poor and not a good variety. Staff at the reception was not helpful with reasonable complaints. Wi Fi not free. Room not large enough for 2-3 people.

Poor breakfast for 25 euro. Very high charges for internet use, which shold be free of charge. These little things spoil the pleasure of staying in this hotel

We had a choice of Sheraton or Hilton, we chose Hilton for quality and were not disappointed. We only chose either for location for we had to get up at 4:00am and be at airport by 5:15. After a very long day drive we arrived to a smile, a gorgeous king bed (very very good bed) a shower and tub for those like me who needed a long restful soak. The bar food was Excellent. I would surely stay and recommend again. Sheila R.

That I am very close to the airport since my flight was to take off early in the morning. My room was very comfortable and the requested wakeup call was on time!

Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable and room view was also good.

The food was really bad. I got a pizza margherita at the restaurant. I had to wait 20 plus mins for it, and then it tasted really bad for a 17 euros pizza, it was not worth more than 5. I also struggled to speak to personel at times because there weren't enough personel at the check in counter throughout my stay.

Stayed here the night before a morning transatlantic flight. Very comfortable and convenient to the terminals: a short walk to the free cdgval rail line connecting the terminals. Excellent hearty buffet breakfast included in room price. A very good way to begin a long trip.

Dinner was ok but nothing special, and expensive.

Friendly and helpfull staff on arrival. Internet connection excellent. Walking distance to airport. Excellent English.

It's far from terminal1,I could'nt find airshuttle and I walked 8 minits. When I checked out the staff said me 'you ate dinner and you used room service' but I didn'T. I said him that but he was really antipathy. I must sign up but I don't why. I will go Hilton never!

Staff couldn't do enough to assist us with our luggage and the transfer to the airport terminal.
