Hilton Paris Orly Airport Hotel  

The hotel was fantastic, clean and new. The gentlemen who checked us in was a little confused and slow but other staff were excellent. Food was great, we ordered room service and it was delicious, breakfast was also fantastic. Our phone did not work in the room but this was fixed straight away. The location was convenient for us as we flew out the next morning. Shuttle service to and from airport was great. Thank you, we enjoyed it very much.

The hotel looks old from the outside but nice inside.

The atmoursphere and the staff were excellent and very friendly .

There were no african or asian dishes to choose from

It is good as a transit hotel. Free shutle bus. Late opening hours om the restaurant

No free WIFI. The bar is too expensive and the drinks not very good

No mini-bar at the room, old towels and no coffe machine at room. it is not a good hilton, maybe a new concept: hilton express

Actually I did not expected this much from a 3 star Hotel, even if it's Hilton. Our room was very big, even with a child, especially for Paris standars. Super clean and quiet charming. Looked better then on internet photos. Beds are confortable, not too hard not too soft. Staff friendly, helpfull and always smiling. Breakfast was superb. Airport shutle is great, every 15min.

Parking space and internet are a bit expensive. Really should be free.

When we arrived, we were allocated a room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We asked to be moved and were then offered a room next to the lifts, which was rather noisy, and apparently had not been used recently and was rather cold. We hadn't intended to complain again about this room, but were asked whether this room was ok when we returned the key for the first room, and let the staff know, and were then offered a third room (apparently an upgrade although very similar to the first room, minus the smell) and the third room was good. The staff were very polite with us, despite these problems, and we were very happy with the service. The buffet starter - especially the crevettes and smoked salmon - as well as the bread and cheese were excellent.

The main meal at the buffet was a little disappointing and we would actually have preferred to return for a second plate of starters.

Location

Not helpful at all personel, they never tried to help me when I ask if they could print the ticket for the flight the next day. The bus shuttle has got very limited timetable (never before 6:00). Insane hot room when I arrive. Expensive for the poor service and old installations.

The hotel services have no character and are provided at a sub-standard level. Just an example: having breakfast while staff was simultaneously vacuum cleaning the pkace! This is unacceptable. Tiny room, closer to Ibis stylr; the 4-star label is a joke. Unfriendly staff.

Nothing ! the location was practical.

To avoid! Old, dirty, far from the standard expected (dirty carpet, door cardlock not working properly...). I even saw a mouse in the store room while passing by! Lift was not working properly, went to 1st floor to call it. Restaurant looked ok, but I had to wait too long, I even gave up on the sweet, as they forgot to bring the menu back: not acceptable!!

Room was well appointed. Room service was timely and food was good. People at front desk were polite and professional. Proximity to airport and shuttle service.

Tv could stand to be updated.

The best thing about this hotel is the location and shuttle service to the terminals. I also found the staff to be good.

My supposed non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke and I found the room dingy and depressing. Also they charge for Wifi.

Close to the airport for easy access.

Staff not very friendly. Didn't like that dogs are allowed in hotel especially in the dining room. Was not impressed having dinner with a dog present. Dining room staff slow to clean up and patrons had to wait for tables to be cleared before being able to sit down. Buffet was not value you for money.
