Good breakfast and very friendly staff Parking expensive and a putrid rotten smell came from the rubish bin in the car park. Not pleasant at all. The mini bar frodge was very noisy and kept us awake during the night. The decor was old and tired. Not the best of stays. We've stayed in much better hotels for much less. |

Friendly staff at reception, clean rooms, good location. Staff at the morning breakfast lounge were unfortunately useless. I ordered a couple of easy over eggs which was forgotten and after 15 min scrambled eggs arrived. Poor service for Hilton !! |

Very nice patio for breakfast. Staff was very courteous and helpful. They did not have the room we'd reserved available so gave us an upgrade at no charge. Breakfast was good, fresh fruit was abundant. The location was a bit out from the city center, but not that bad. It was easy to drive to and free public parking was available across the street. |

The breakfast buffet was quite good, with fresh squeezed orange and grapefruit juice, and the location is excellent, close to a tram stop. Service in the Restaurant was very slow and inattentive. Our room got very hot in 85 degree weather.. We were in the west side, and the afternoon sun turned the window sill into a heating unit. The air conditioning was not adequate to cool the room, even running all night long. It is quite possible it would also be cold in the winter. In moderate weather, the room would be quite comfortable. Also, there was very low water pressure in the bidet. Fortunately the shower worked very well, once we figured out the difficult controls. |

We (2 adults and 1 teenager) enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness and service attitude of the hotel staff. A well stocked breakfast buffet allowed for a good start into the morning. The location close to the tram station was very convenient for getting to know Strasbourg. We definitely had a great holiday weekend - thanks. |

For only approx 50 GBP, was lucky to be checked into a lovely suite with living room, ensuite, kitchen, balconies etc. Was a very nice experience for such a good price. |
