Rooms were amazing
A bit far from the center of town (although about 20 minute walk).
Great room Good breakfast
The fact that me and my wife had so much space to oursleves in bed Tea and coffee making facilities in the room A nice big bath which even tallish men can get their legs into
The price of the car park Also, when the trams aren't running (which they weren't on Saturday late evening) it is a bit of a walk from the town centre The price of breakfast
Bar service and Christmas decorations
The price of breakfast
cleanliness breakfast space quality of the bed quality of the furniture fitness sauna
not extremely close to city centre no tram just in front of the door extra's are too expensive
Location is great, really close to tram station.
You should pay €15 for 24 hours of Wi-Fi. Charging Wi-Fi in 2014? This is a shame.
Hotel was very clean, room was a nice size and very clean. Was only a 30 minute walk to the centre of Strasbourg. Was a very quiet room and had a very good nights sleep. Breakfast was nice enough and typical of a Hilton hotel.
The staff were great and supportive, good access to the motor way and centre of Strasbourg
The AC in my room was not working even though I reported that to the staff couple of times. Internet wasn't free
Govind, an energetic maître d in the carvi restaurant
Uncomfortable beds, average breakfast, indifferent staff and facilities not compatible with its star rating
The location was good, we found parking easy. Really close to center. Clean hotel.
The receptionist was rude. We were asking for some information about the city, but she had nothing to help us with!
There was a large car park. Room was reasonable size. Food (although expensive) - dinner was OK, breakfast was good. Reasonable access to the centre of town by very efficient nearby tram service - explained very well by reception/tourist guide man.
Car park is a long way from reception. Room and hotel generally very 'tired' and poorly serviced . Wash basin plug needed repair and the top cowelling fell off of the shower Expensive for the level of quality. We complained about the number of discarded cigarette ends on the terrace. Our room was not serviced by 3.30pm the following day. The tea/coffee tray was not replenished. Extremely expensive car park. The reception responded to our complaints on check out by waiving the car park charge, which indicates that they must be aware of the hotel's poor standard. Everything in the management is very slack.
Really comfortable bed. Very good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff, great recommendation for exactly the kind of restaurant we were hoping for.
From the bookings.com description, I had the impression the hotel was in the city center - but it was more on the outskirts. However, the public tranportation (tram), was very convenient, very reasonably priced, and easy walking distance.
Location too far from the main interest points- Public transport at least 400 meters by foot.
quite has a parking friendly staff has Gym
parking is not free for guests internet in expensive if we compare it other hotels
Nice, comfortable hotel.
Breakfast, drink, parking, internet use are all expensive (e.g., 1 day internet 15 EUR!). However, you can have free Wi-Fi in the lobby.
The charges for car parking, its not reasonable .
The room ( furniture, bed, bathroom etc) Breakfast Friendly staff
Location (ugly suburbs, bad view)
We arrived very late from London and we were hungry. The bar was no longer serving food because of the hour, but they served our family. We were very grateful.
All. Always very nice with Hilton. Thank you very much.
Value for money, short stay in Strasbourg
Poor Cleaning of the room., Poor gym, poor service and out dated, charges are high compare to the facility.
Location, in betwen Mid of France and Blackforest
During 7 days staying .., housekeeping were the worst ever experianced in my life.., rooms never vocumed, cleaning so quick and never done poroprly even After reported to manager he promised to take action but in vain.
Location is not bad, nice view.
Internet, while I paid for internet, connection was very bad could not use it but they charged us .....
Very close to cheap trams into the city.
Parking very expensive for the distance from town centre. Breakfast very expensive, much cheaper in town.
No free WiFi in the room
