Just a short walk from the famous Promenade des Anglais and the beach, is this 3-star hotel. It is in a Riviera-style building dating from the 1930s and is 10 minutes from the historic quarter.

Carrefour is just across the road. The hotel has parking available.
A bit far to the beach and old town.
Location was excellent for the old town and museums. The room was functional and clean. There was always hot water and the shower was efficient.
The room was too warm as the air conditioning was not effective. The sofa bed was too soft for my liking and there was no means of turning on the hob.
Quietness reception staff were very helpful
The location was perfect central to everywhere Staff were very friendly and helpful Room was clean and comfortable Perfect for city break, would go back
roof top pool. security. reception
ants in the room. room only cleaned after 7 days. poor facility for bins. room cramped for 4 people. not good value for money.
Was my worst experience ever!!! There was no hot water in the shower. There was hair in the bath tub. The towels were dirty. The safe in the room didn't work. The table was broken. The window shades are dirty and so is the carpet. Never recommend !!!
Alisha and another male were very helpful. Good location and close to the trams and Garibaldi Square. Clean.
Only 3 English speaking news channels on TV so not good for our children in the evenings and no facility to purchase movies on-line or use a DVD. Washing machine was not working and when we asked about this no-one knew when it would be repaired.
The traffic noise and the uncomfortable beds
Very good facilities, quiet neighbourhood. supermarket across the road
Studios have a sofa bed instead of an actual bed but it's comfy.
Location Friendly staff Nice room overlooking courtyard
Not enough utensils in the kitchen. We chose to have an apartment to allow us to do our own cooking but it was difficult due to lack of kitchen utensils. Also, one washing machine in the laundry area meant we wasted a lot of time checking if it was available.
Good locaton, tram nearby, grocery in front of hotel
Swimming pool is very very small, price is a bit to high
Staff - arina very poor Bath room - water drainage
Big confortable rooms. Small kitchenette which helps when travelling with kids
They did not clean the rooms every day
room solution beds
roomcleaning and new towls only every second day. New towls second day cost extra and must be picked up at reception. No knifes in kitchencorner, no wine glasses... Complicated water tap. Outpouring in bathtub and sink did not work. Lot of spoiling of water from bathtub/ shower. Unfriendly and profit focused invironment. Pool way too small for such a big hotel. Complicated lift system with differened cards for parking and rooms. Narrow and expensive parking.
Modern, stylish, clean and functional interiors and facilities. Enjoyed the pool and views over Nice. Great security with concierge, safe in room and full length electronic shutters. Spacious bathroom with plenty of hot water and heated towel rail which was essential for drying towels.
Needed more crockery to facilitate big dishwasher, eg cereal bowls, cafetiere, wine glasses of which there were none. Would have liked a suite with a sunny balcony as we were on first floor and had little or no sun.
The furniture and floor plan of suite was optimal for our needs. Small kithenette and Hotel location next to Carrefour made it easy to enjoy long breakfasts in the room. Tram stop was close enough for easy access to city center.
We stayed 9 night and had zero cleaning in the room. Towels, bedware were not changed and even the toilet paper we had to go and ask from the reception. The attitude of the front desk woman was really sad: basically, it was our fault that the cleaning never happened because we didn't specify separately which day we would have wanted it. But nobody asked us that question. And we DID NOT have the do-not-disturb sign on the door (that was her first excuse) Not even once. Also the free 24/7 wi-fi was more like a joke. Every day you had to ask for a new code and then to access to hope that someone else in the hotel would stop using it. Many days that didn't happen.
No room service No bellman No free parking
Location , train five minutes walk , tram two minutes , beach fifteen or go to within two mins on tram , staff helpful
Pool small on roof
I liked the superior suite interior, beds very comfortable and kitchen facilities great.
Most bit not all of the staff seemed very unfriendly. Only one key card allocated - which proved very inconvenient for us as my husband used the fitness suite and had to rely in staff to get him into the lift. The pool was not great - no beds but I do realise it's in a limited space. It could do with a bit of pampering to make it look less industrial. Maybe a few palms......
Excellent location near shops and transport links, friendly staff, quiet, clean, fridge.
Only one key permitted per room which was frustrating. The key also operated the lift and the room electricity which meant that staff had to open the lift if a member of the family stayed in the room. We had to keep mopping water from the floor after a shower.
We had to ask twice to get the room made
Location was very convenient and no frills service.
The rooftop pool is kind of silly.
There was a nice grocery store near hotel
This was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. The floors were completely covered in dirt. It look like a crime scene. When we asked reception several time about cleaning the response was.. &Quot; It's a busy tourist time. There is no time to clean the floors now." It's upsetting to spend so much money on such a very dirty hotel. I would recommend to stay somewhere else or skip nice if this is all that's available. Seriously, this is the worst hotel I've ever seen or imagined. Filthy!
The Hotel is very good value for families traveling with children. The hotel is modern with an overall good quality. However, If you have the same preferences as you would at a "normal" hotel, you might be disappointed. Not cleaning every day, and some "special rules" which you should be aware of. Foremost, this is an "apartment hotel" excellent for longer stays. Other than that, a very nice hotel with a good location. Did not try the breakfast, as you have a giant supermarket across the street.
- No wine glasses, no furniture on the balcony. - The "one" lady in the reception is not as friendly as she could have been. Some would call it rude. The men are however very helpful.
