All kettles are dirty they have a white salty substance inside. No wifi in rooms :(

Very clean rooms and large bathroom. Very clean. Felt more like a hotel with a kitchen. They let us wait in the lounge with coffee for an hour while we was waiting for a friend to arrive.

Hot water ran out after my partner had a shave and shower. Staff said it was due to the tank being small and did not know how long to heat - couple of hours or 7 hours!!

They have a strict check out policy!...if you dont check out at the time your told theyll throw u out! :p

Far from center

Sauna included in the room rate, staff is very friendly and available all the time. The smell in the corridors is very pleasant.

Nothing to mentioned. Just the location next to the hospital is quite noisy

Staff were really lovely and helpful with local information. The room was very comfortable and had lots of extra features like iron, kitchenette, towel warming rack. The breakfast was a cut above most hotels, with fresh fruit salad, brioche, good coffee, and an egg bain-marie you could prepare your own egg as you like. There was also a fitness room and sauna to boot.

The place was located too far from the city centre and beach front area. It's a fair few metro stops from st Charles station and then a good 10 minute walk. It's also near a hospital so many sirens sounding during the day. There are no nearby restaurants or even a cafe to have a quick coffee. You have to take a metro to get into town to do that.

Very friendly, excellent breakfast and great access for the coast.

No restaurants or bars in the area

Not far from Metro station, 5-10 mins walk. Hotel is very friendly and comfortable. We lived in a studio room which has kitchen facilities. There is a supermarket opposite to La Timone Metro station. If you want to make any easy dishes it should be straight away. Free sauna and gym is just a nice addition. Check in was easy and smooth even that we arrived late. Free computers for internet access in the lobby, huge screens, both English and French.

Only cable connection in room. Wifi is only accessible in the lobby.

For a small studio, it still had everything we needed including a small but well equipped kitchen and large bathroom.

The hotel is about 10 minutes by metro or taxi from the centre of Marseille.

Hipark is very good situated near the old center of the town, near Metro and bus stations. It is ideal for short and long stay. Hotel is nicely designed and rooms are very neat and comfortable, they have a small kitchen that can serve for small meals.

Pricing is on the high side.

Very nice, modern design. Helpful staff.

The disappointing part was that - contrary to what was advertised - there is no Wi-Fi Internet in the rooms (only wired connection).

attention A la moquette de la chambre pas tres propre et surtout elle est impregnee de fumee de gigarette . egalement la douche dans la baignoire avec un pare vitre minuscule .nul .

Studio (808) très spacieux et propre. Literie (canapé-lit) malgré tout confortable. ménage compris dans le prix quelle que soit la durée du séjour. Espace commun joliment agencé. Personnel très agréable. Proximité du métro.

Le quartier avec vue sur l'hôpital. Le manque d'équipement de la kitchnette (vaisselle et couverts en nombre limité, pas de machine à café, il faut penser à ramener tout le nécessaire d'entretien).

-La situation à 10 minute de métro du Vieux Port - appartement très propre avec une belle salle de bain - le parking souterrain dans l'hotel - le rapport qualité prix

- La chambre sentait la cigarette bien que l'hotel soit censé être "non fumeur" - du bruit la nuit à cause des ambulances (proximité hopital Timone)

L'accueil, le standing, la propreté, l'idée d'un studio meublé pour gestion du petit déjeuné, repas, la liberté, l'autonomie...
