New, excellent design

Shower a typical example of form over function. A little bit stuck away in a backstreet

Good location, excellent clean rooms, lots of space, basic equipment for cooking, staff ok BUT they should have used proper beds instead of fold out couches!

The fold out bed really let the place down. Otherwise it is fantastically well designed and works well

the sofa bed was not the most comfortable thing but we booked knowing it would be a sofa bed so that is not the fault of the hotel

The hotel was well positioned, with spacious bathroom and apartment style rooms. The hotel was well soundproof, and the toiletries pleasant.

The sofa bed was noisy, small and uncomfortable. Also, we booked executive suite, but at Hipark that apparently means you get the smallest room in the hotel. The rooms were made every two days. I will not visit this hotel anytime soon.

Everything!! Stayin at Hipark hotel was the best choice I could have made

2nd visit and stayed in the suite which are good value, comfortable and well appointed. Clothes storage a bit limited. Staff all very helpful and friendly, will definitely return.

As many said, not that easy to find and parking in undeground garage a bit tricky. Low shower pressure and WiFi slow and patchy. Breakfast a squeeze at busy times.

I study in Grenoble Ecole de Management. The hotel location, facilities and budget are excellent choice.

VeryClean. Very helpfull staff. Continental breakfast has plenty of choice for vegetarians and all,Modern style of fittings, good city location.

Well maintained facilities. Over all, it was a comfortable studio.

Housekeeping needs to be little more thorough when emptying trash cans. They missed one in my studio.

The hotel was located really well for catching an early train/bus to the air port. The receptionist on the evening we arrived was excellent! So helpful and courteous. The suite was clean and well equipped and the double bed was probably one of the most comfortable I have slept on!

The accommodation was excellent for a family with older children. Giving you privacy. Whilst also close to restaurants in the heart of grenoble. Reception staff were extremely helpful.

No toilet off main bedroom.

Outstanding ! the best place I've stayed in for years

The rooms where modern & well equipped. With young children we liked having a separate bedroom & kitchenette! Not central but a short walk or easy tram ride to centre.

The only thing I would say is take caution at night in the surrounding if alone. Though in saying that we had no issues & went out at night with small children!

I particularly liked the receptionist who so helpfully tried to find us a restaurant for Christmas lunch, she was great. Apart from that we just exchanged pleasantries with others. Opening the window to the mountains/hills was superb. Nice, if compact, accommodation. Would not be suitable for four though!

Bit tricky to find. Felt that guests could have been given a complementary something or other on Christmas morning - just that added extra that might encourage return visits and would certainly boost recommendations. All in all fine, could do with a small coffee maker in the kitchen area?

Big room

The staff was unbelivably unfirendly and gave us attitude.We felt as if they did not want us there. They pretended our credit card does not work, but when we tried ourselves it worked immediately.They were persistant to take cash from us. They told us we are "lucky" that we have found a room since its holiday season - the hotel was empty and there was no one in the garage. They kept asking us what is our room number even though they knew its us who are staying in the hotel. Very irritating first thing in the morning. The garage is a joke, small and parking unfriendly. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, its not worth it.

Everything is good, except it cost 8 euros to get the soap and sponge pad for doing dishes...

Hipark has a pleasant contemporary design, is quiet and conveniently located. The suites are a good size, clean and have a normal bed (I believe the studios only have a sofa-bed). Would definitely return.

In my suite, the toilet was by the entrance, separate from the bathroom which was at the other end by the bedroom, so at night you have to turn on all the lights to find your way. Shower head holder was very low and difficult to bring to a decent height. It also points towards the screen, which could then leak water out on to the floor. Tap is over-designed and fiddly. Breakfast has a good continental selection, though no muesli option and little fresh fruit. Room can be cramped at busy times. Garage requires access by lift which is difficult with big cars / MPVs. Very tricky to turn into spaces if garage is full!

As I have a baby, they have a kitchen with microwaves. It was great. Also, they provided a baby bed.

Just take care because there is no room service (cleaning). So, if you are planning to stay longer, maybe it is better to make more than one reservation (change the rooms during your stay). Also I felt pain in my back. It can be the bed, the pillow or the baby!

Nice staff, free parking for bikes, good breakfast. Close to main railway and bus station. Quiet place.

The room was nicely furnished, and the bed were comfortable. Staff member were well informed and kind.

The parking is really tight, so don't come with a car that is too big. The breakfast buffet is expensive for what you get !
