The location was great.
Absolutely everything. Shambolic level of customer care. Had to quarantine the entire contents of my luggage as I was bitten by bugs around neck and arms.
They change are hotel without any refundation
I arrived 30 minutes after the check-in starting time (14:30, they gave me the keys but the room was not ready, the cleaning lady was inside the room and had to wait 15 minutes. The hotel is quite small and dirty, no elevator. The blanket of the bed looked dirty, some stains on it. On booking in the description it says free wi-fi in the common area, but it's not true, they asked 3€ for day to use the wi-fi. Avoid this Hotel
- Position: very close to the metro station - very cheap - big bed
- the window was broken, so you cannot close it. - the road outside is noisy - the sink is so small you cannot wash your teeth or face!
Nothing i like.
When we arrived, the staff was scolding his son and then throughout the check in process the staff was unfriendly. The hotel room was facing the busy road and it was extremely noisy. We couldn't sleep at all during our 3 days stay. Disaster! The housekeeping was merely replacing the towels (only 1 towel for 1 guests with Double room) and not throwing rubbish in the toilet and the mattress blanket was not tidy after housekeeping. Lousy. Location = far!
Reasonable price for PARIS. Good situation in lively but not too lively part of the city - very close to Père la CHAISE cemetery.
Location is not bad. Very reasonably-priced. Clean.
The mattress protector. I hate thick plastic mattress protectors that crackle when you move and make you sweat in bed. Room pretty scruffy and little storage space.
It was clean and the room was simple but good
The reception area is a bit scuzzy and not very inviting
sightseeing, lot of young life around, many rest and stores near and the room was very clean, they respect personal belongings even some euros that fell below the bed, they were on the table the next day after cleaning service.
They didn't check us out, the place still has our credit card open for further charges (it's been a week) and we already paid everything, plus no internet when it was suppoused to have and awefull cust service.
There was clean, tv, and shower; but very loud at night (pub behind this hotel wall!).
Price is too high, very loud, they have not parking. Internet only near to reception.
the windows did not close properly. Therefore it was very noisy
Near subway, many mini markets nearby
The room was dirty with cockroach. The toilet was so small that take a shower or brush your teeth was almost impossible even for a very thin person. Downstairs the hotel have a bar that it's open until 3am and you can't sleep. The bed is very uncomfortable because of the bad quality mattress. Expensive! 70 euro per night I got a much better hotel in London. I don't recommend.
I liked the room with the separate bathroom.
The bed was nice, spacious and comfy, the room was clean. Excellent location although far from the centre of Paris (about 30 mins) but I didnt mind, good restaurants around, atms too, seems safe to walk around in the dark, easy to metro (5 min walk)
No lift No fridge Bathroom was like a floor, so it was always wet Lights broke and werent fixed towel rack broke room was was too warm if window wasnt open
Staff, cafe near the Hotel, night bus station
it's kind of far from center but metro and bus stops are close to hotel. Night bus operate all night from city center to near hotel.
poor wifi in the room!! Also it's little dirty but okay for me.
Advertised internet was only in the lobby that has no comfort it 2m x 1m space approximately. Payment was requested in advance.
Neat Funny little room with not a single right angles. Very clean bathroom
Only one blanket. A bit chilly for a solo person.Might have been alright for two. Windows over street stairs, so adult voices in the evening and excited children in the morning. Not really disturbing.
Decent location, bathrooms very new and clean
Gave us wrong room at first which was filthy and then had to argue with the front desk before they would change it even though it was a clear mistake, stair case was falling apart
It's very close to a subway station (Gambetta), which gives access to main attractions of the city. The staff was very friendly. The room was nice and spacious. There are restaurants, cafes, pharmacy and supermarket around. It's good value for money, specially when you compare it to the high rates of hotels in Paris.
There are no elevators and nobody to help you with luggage. The commom areas didn't seem very clean. The sink of the bathroom was extremely small.
Location Price Friendliness of staff
Mattress a bit hard
The staff was flexible when we asked to modify the date of the reservation, Also they changed out room, as what we first got was the worst I ever stayed in. Shops on the street were nice to have as well.
We had small cockroaches in the bathroom. Pure furtinure. We had to change the room, as the bathroom of the we first got was terrible. Noise from the restaurant under the Hotel.
