Staff was nice.

The heater in the room was not working and can not be fixed. So the room was cold. the hotel can not provide extra blanket for my children.

The surrounding area was very intimidating and was not at all suitable for a family with young children. I found our room to be very small although adequately clean. I decided against my family staying the night and within 20 minutes went to reception to check out. We asked as we had paid in full for the unused rooms,would it be possible to refund not all but some of the money we had paid. The manager although polite was in fact very scared to do this without the owners permission. The cleaner was called to check the "unused" rooms at which point she started shouting in French that the rooms were used and dirty and needed a thourough clean. She threw back all the beds ,threw all towels on the floor shouting at everyone including our children. We left without any kind of refund. I would advise anyone with children/family to steer well clear of this hotel !!!!! A disgrace !!!

Only its location. Good local shops and transport access to disney and paris

The rooms need upgraded badly as some of the stuff was falling apart. No air con or fan and the room was too hot to sleep in. Toilet extactors dont work, no lights in hall way. Needs money spent on it badly.

I would have to say only the place where it's located. Just across rer station.

Everything so bad you don't know where to start. No internet wi-fi on the rooms. It's a lie they tell you. The only way I got wi fi was going to the emergency stairs wih my laptop. No proper hygiene for a place só called hotel. Intense and nasty smell on hallways and rooms, do they change sheets when guests leave? We doubt it... Dirty bathroom floor and towells. I could continue. Just to say, if you want a place nearby Disney and cheap look elsewhere and don't bring your kiss here.

The price.

The elevator did not work. The bathroom was at poor standard. The location was not so good.

The stay was good. There were no family rooms but two rooms were given to us for the same price. The hotel is literally across the street from the RER, but a day pass into Paris was fairly expensive. There is a very good bakery two doors down. I would deffinately recommend the bakery over the 7 euro breakfast.

This hotel was very disappointing. If you can find anything else in the area for the same price DO NOT stay here. The lift was broken(our room was on the third floor),the advertised "hotel wide" free wi-fi did not exist, which really cramped our next day planning activities, the hallways were dark and the noise from all other rooms was very loud. The hotel is in a parking lot, so you can park for free, but until 2am people in loud cars are screeching across the lot to the liquor store, fighting with each other, yelling,etc. It was BAD. The facility itself is very worn out. I would think twice now about any Hipotel facility.

Le fait que les propriétaires me prévienne que la suite que j'avais réservée n'était pas dispo.

La verusté des lieux .... Chasse d'eau cassée, fuite d'eau, bruit due mauvaise insonorisation ...

mauvais quartier, confort médiocre, la douche pas de pression, bruyant...

Le personnel est très accueillant, chaleureux et disponible. Ils sont de très bons conseils pour guider le touriste dans Paris. Très serviable! A recommander si l'on veut passer quelques jours à Paris. Rer à proximité. Et de plus, possibilité de loger à 5 (chambres communiquantes).

房间隔音效果差，晚上旅客很吵，有一天早上，门突然被清洁人员打开了，当时我们正在房间里换衣服，特别不礼- 貌。没有提供沐浴露，而且提供的香皂和洗发露很不好用

Badkamer was proper

De familiekamer die wij hadden geboekt was niet beschikbaar bij aankomst, er werd wel een aanvaardbaar alternatief aangeboden aan dezelfde prijs twee kamers naast elkaar. Alleen moesten nu de twee puberzonen in een dubbel bed slapen en de kleuter in een plooibed waarvan de latten van de lattenbodem los zaten. Die hebben wij eerst zelf moeten repareren. Jammer, de kinderen hadden zich verheugd om met z'n allen in stapelbedden op dezelfde kamer te kunnen liggen.

De kamer was vies, oud en uitgeleefd. Er was al echt heel lang niet meer goed schoongemaakt.

L'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel, aussi bien à la réception qu'au petit déjeuner. La situation de l'hôtel par rapport aux transports en commun et au parking disponible proche.

Le cas échéant, légèrement bruyant dans les chambres voisines si elles sont utilisées par des personnes bruyantes, mais ce fut très minime lors de notre séjour.

Voor een korte verblijf in het hotel is dit ideaal (1-2 nachten), veel van dit hotel moet je niet verwachten. Het is vrij basic, maar wel een eerlijke prijs.

Het is wel vrij krap van infrastructuur ...

Etat très dégradé de la chambre. Moquette tâchée. Moisissure dans la salle de bain. Montage électrique avec fils apparents dans la salle de bain. Carreaux de faience cassés. Fenêtre coincée par les lits superposés Prestations ne correspondant pas à la description faite sur Booking.com ni aux photos (annonce d'une suite familiale avec deux chambres avec un grand lit et deux lits superposés alors qu'il s'agissait d'une chambre avec un grand lit et d'une pièce très petite avec 4 lits superposés.

le Monsieur de l'accueil est très agréable et très à l'écoute des voyageurs .
