It is located in Zone 1 and there is the Colonel Fabian metro right around the corner.

The room is extremely small and decrepit. All the pipes are bare and ran all night, from the second floor occupants. We had to manually shut off the water to the toilet because it wouldn't stop running. There is NO door to the bathroom (this is in the room that you pay extra for a bathroom). There is a curtain that doesn't close all the way. The shower is about 3x2 ft, making showering properly a challenge even for a thin, small person. The water is not regulated. Expect to get burned by random bursts of scorching water. There are no pillows on the rock hard bed. There is only a roll shaped sheet filled with fluff. The walls are paper-thin and you can hear the neighbor's "conversations" and anyone walking into the building. The room is so small that two suitcases took up the majority of the space. There is no safe, and they won't hold your luggage if you have to check out before your flight.The staff is loud and inattentive. We felt like we were in a 3rd world country. Overall, this has been the worst experience ever. However, it is perfect if you have homicidal tendencies..

my room on 5th floor and room is smelly.

hi, sorry for my remarks, but there was nothing good, very bad smell was in the room number 28, fifth floor, poor internet quality, poor service, bad light, no lift facility. means there was nothing good.

Walls were dirty. It was such a mess that we were afraid of taking cockroaches back home with us.

the staffs were extremely helpful and co-operative. best use of money.

Close to Metro station. Have restaurants and bars around.

Price Quite central in Paris, near to Metro stations.

Very basic, had to pay for wifi for each individual device so would have had to pay 3 Euros for my iphone, 3 for my ipad, 3 for my boyfriends phone and 3 for his laptop. Because it was so expensive we just got wifi on my ipad as we were only staying 1 night

Good, simple room.

'No Smoking' room stank of cigarette smoke; no light-blocking curtains.

Staff is not so friendly, old buildings, the room is not maintained well, however the bathroom is surprisingly clean and neat.

Not much good to say at all really

I have stayed in dodgy places all over the world but I have to say this was one of the worst. It really has the feel of a squat or abandoned building (other's said prison cell -- I can see that too). It is very dirty. The toilet didn't flush. There was no light in the toilet. The door to my room didn't even lock! The place is overall terrible. I only wish I had read the reviews before booking. I blindly trusted that if it was on booking.com it must be ok, but now I see that it has gotten many very negative reviews. Only stay here if your alternative is sleeping outside!!

This is a very nice place. I don't know why some people are complaining, for this price this hotel is definitely good!We booked a double room without bathroom but when we came to the hotel the guy from reception (very friendly person) gave us a room with a bathroom,without asking us to pay more. It was very nice from his side:) Also the place is convenient,just 2 minutes from the Subway station. The room was small but very clean! I recommend this place!

I like this hotel. It is in a very good location , staff is friendly, price is good, there is a supermarcet just round the corner , 30 min to the city centre, quite place, Highly recommended for budget people

Hotel staff shold write in the hotel description that there is not a lift for rooms on the 6 floor

The location is good. It is 200 metres away to metro (subway) station.

The staff, at my date (18/03, 2:30pm) of my check-in, is very rude. I don't know his name but I think he is French at the age of 40+. The situation began from when he asked me to pay either cash or credit card to my room. Concerning that I would be double charged since I have already provided my credit card details to booking.com, I asked him why I shall pay again. I told him that my last experience with other hotels (i.e Asiris in Brugge) through booking.com didn't asked me to pay again. He was suddenly irritated and asked me to go away if I don't trust him. He said "I don't bother to earn your 100 or 200 dollars" He even used his finger to point at my face while talking loudly and rudely. I simply wanted to clarify the situation but he was extremly angry and the situation run out of control. I was really freightend by his behaviour and I didn't wanted to carry my heavy suitcases to look for other hotels, In the end, I provided him my credit card and follow his 'rule'. I believe that since he bullies/treats me like this, he would do the same for other customers. The hotel management needs to review if he is adequate to provide front desk service to clients as the hotel image puts in the shade. I hope that the hotel management investigates into the situation and reply to me in due time.
