everything else was very basic or worst it was like a hotel you expect to find in India or something
Everything: very unhygienic, extremely dusty (which made us sick),worn down,no pillows, uncomfortable beds, extreme damp and mold in bathrooms which cause the rooms to smell, extremely small washbasins with a very lowered glass on top making it difficult to brush your teeth, unprofessional and rude staff (older man especially) so absolutely no customer service, no lift,no baggage storage, located in nasty area full of prostitutes - AVOID THIS PLACE!! Needs to be taken off website.
a real nightmare..not a hotel,not a hostel, something similar to prisons
Basic room but it is what you get for the price, but they had great heating which helped to keep warm on a cold day and night
the girl who clean the room was nice and polite
i will never forget that bad experience. one of the worst in my life... the owners are not just rude, but they going to make you to feel that you are in the prisons. they were shouting on us, they didnt respect. the place is not a hotel, not even hostel, its very similar to public prisons..i guess prisons should be more luxury than this..we were crying and we wanted to leave bec we were so scare:( guys pls think twice before u book
Nothing just nothing
Every thing it is worst hotel ever i been in 32 countries so far that was the worst hotel in my life .......
bathroom in room, good heating - warm
small bathroom but it is not problem as the advantage is private bathroom
The location of this hotel was good. It was close to major train stations that I needed and not too far from tourist attractions
The room was dirty and everything was falling apart. The shower head was held together with masking tape, the curtain rail had fallen off and there were screws coming out of the walls. There was also an unmistakable smell of urine throughout the room (probably because there was no door to the bathroom, just a curtain).
The staff are incredibly rude, barely aknowledged us.sent us to an occupied room, we walked in on other guests. Our room was up 6 flights of stairs, rooms are very very small. Location was close to a metro but still very far out. Hotel was under reno ations, dust and dirt everywhere, smell of sewage all over hotel. Would never stay here again.
Location was the best thing, and at that it still took at least 15 mins to get anywhere by underground!
Room smelled constantly of excrement, the bed was filthy and had clumps of hair between the sheets, and the staff were very unpleasant to speak to.
Nothing just cheap
staff is not that kind and the walls of toilet and shower booth have big hole. I should have gone through outside to go to toilet and wifi is not free. Had backadche because of the bed and room stinks a bit. The worst hostel I have ever been.
The hotel is just sucked and not worthwhile for nothing
Cheapest i could find and the location
Everything else No luggage storage Paid wifi Tiny "double" bed
Location. There is nothing else to like.
Bed is a king single bed, its too small to be a double. Noisy Dirty No elevator, and i am on level six with a shared bathroom. I need to go down to level two to use the bathroom there. No luggage storage Staff not very good Sink in the room does not drain Many levels are being renovated which seems to be taking ages according to other reviews. They are still renovating.
staff was good
bed was not good. so noisy
Good location within city centre, pretty convenient to get to main attractions in Paris.
Wifi had to be paid for and could only be used on one device (around 15 euros for 72 hours). Room very cramped and didn't feel very clean as well.
Six flights of stairs False advertising Rude staff
Hotel staff,Beds,Small rooms,Broken toilets,durty showers,location,paid wifi.
Good for a quick transit night or low budget traveler that needs just a functional room for a few hours.
The wifi connection wasn't ok. I was on third floor with a lot luggage. Don't book this on a romantic trip it's absolutely ok but very very basic
Location, location, location.
The older front desk clerk was really mean at first, but after a couple of days he grew nicer, but still had a little mean in him.
It is really close to Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord and the metro station is 1 block from the hotel.
It doesn't have a lift, internet isn't free, it isn't clean and the neighbourhood isn't safe at night
The hotel is close to a metro station and it's a good value for money.
The toilet was manageable but they could do better
I spent 2 nights and i'm quite satisfied with the room. It is in level 5 w/o lift and my room is next to washroom.the blanket has never been washed i guess bcos of the smell. Overall, i've got what i paid for. P/s: pls ask for a new renovated room under the special request and they will provide you w one! Enjoy staying here!
