The cleanliness of the hotel, the place was disgusting, I have stayed in hotels that have similar prices and have never seen a hotel as disgusting as this with such a poor quality of facilities -rooms were damp and stank, full of mould etc.
good sleep , quiet
bug in bed
NO TV # DIRTY - LEAKAGE - BROKEN BED - FUNGUS IN BATH. VERY DISGUSTING. DO NOT RECOMEND THIS HOTEL.
friendly staff easy to reach good place if all you want is a hot shower and a place to sleep
Got charged for wifi even though it didn't work. Refund was refused.
We had dirty bath, bedclothes from previous visitors, no towels and somebody's hair all over the floor
The location was clean and did not have the dingy smell that many other Paris locations have. We opted for a room with a private bathroom which turned out to be an excellent idea, the line for the public shower was ~2 hours long on some mornings. We were not worried about anyone stealing our things and the view to the patio was lovely!
The down side is that the internet was not free (3 euro a night per device) and would constantly disconnect and require you to re-login. The attached bathroom could have used a little bleaching and had a leak in the faucet which required a towel on the bathroom floor. However, considering the price of the accommodations and the prior hotel we stayed at in Paris this place was an excellent value. As long as you check your 5-star standards at the door and can deal with a little mold then you will be fine.
The entrance was a hole. Staff didnt care. The floor of the room was sticky. we had toilet and shower in the room. toilet seat lay next to the toilet. the glass shower screen fell out when opening the shower. Mold everywhere. the smell of mold too. the worst was the the blanket where the vomit of a former guest was present in lumbs.
The hotel is really difficult to find, because the street is not on the map. We booked a room for three nights but only endured one. At first they gave us a room that had not been cleaned, had mold on the walls and no windows! We got a second room with windows but transparent curtains, everyone in the street could see while showering. Plan your trip in advance and get a decent hotel, this one is just a nightmare.
The hotel looked a wreck, it was under full re-construction i think - construction material and equipment everywhere. The hotel room wasn't even vacuumcleaned, the glass cup at the sink still had toothpaste on it from the previous guests, there where no proper pillows on the bed, there were drawings on the wall of previous guests - it was just really drastically below expectations.
I like my 6th floor room, clean, quiet, and private. I like the location which is very near the station. Tap water is potable.
Its the stairs with no lift, having a luggage while climbing up to the 6th floor is grueling. The shared bathroom is located in the 2nd floor, and its dirty.
Reception was helpful
Shower being located 4 floors away from room. No locks on toilet. Terrible location.
This hotel is literally falling apart. Only 2 showers in the whole building. No lift although there are rooms to let on 6th floors. The toilets are filthy. The receptionist was rude. AVOID this hotel like plague.
Very close to the tube station
I think this is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in my life. I was staying in another hotel before. But we decided to stay in Paris for one more day at the last min. So we have to book a new one. The location is not bad. Very close to the tube station. But the facility of the hotel really made me cry. No free wifi, no lift, almost no service even there was still 2€ service charged. The lights on the way to the room werent working really well so it was dark and scary. When you open the door, it really reminded me some of the horror movies, broken dirty cupboard right in front of the door, white paint stain that from brushing the ceiling, the walls are dirty, the tile under the sink was broken, a room for 2 people but only one long pillow... The best part is the toilet and the bathroom. So tiny, dirty, smelly. When u r using the bathroom, u have to be super careful that u dont want to touch the wall! There was a big hole at the bottom of the bathroom door! So nosiey at night, the sound protection was so poor that u can hear people walking, talking, and xx (you know what I mean). And the price is even not that low! I am not trying to be mean. But I really wish I hadnt booked that place. Really horrible.
I suppose the price would be considered very good for Paris.
It is not a hotel, in the real sense of the word, but a converted old apartment building on a sidestreet in a lower district. If you are a hosteller, you may get along fine with the accommodations, but if you are looking for a real hotel, this is not for you. The rooms were clean enough, but the accommodations did not seem to match the photos online. Very loud street noise all night. Also, it was billed as double room with shared bathroom. I expected two rooms, one bath. We got one room with one double bed and one bathroom. The wording is deceptive, in my opinion.
Well, guy at the reception was helpful (helped to bring my suitcase to the 6th floor, as there is no elevator and very old wooden stairs)
It's probably the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I've been there couple years ago, but now it's even worse. It's enough to say there is only one (very durty) shower for all 7 floors. Toilets are on every floor, but light doesn't work in any of them. As i understood, wifi is hardly working. Next day I stayed in a hotel which was just 8 euros more (in the same district), but it was like hell and heaven
Not far from center
Dirty toilets Old and uncomfortable bathroom Bathroom situated only on the 2th floor. Big water plash on the floor in the room. Manager think that water plash - is OK.
Comfy bed. Upgraded us to private shower double room. 3 mins walk to metro station Colonel Fabien. Near Carrefour.
We waited about 15 mins for the reception staff to check out. And actually just dropped a card on the desk. They didn't have luggage storage.
Hipotel personell, was very good and helpfull Location was very convinient for sightseeng and dinning
Rooms were too small, bathrooms also! There are no proper pillows. Almost no storage for clothes. No kitchen facillities!!!
The location of the hotel was nice.
No hospitality, behaviour of staff is very bad. Room was too small, and in no way similar to the photos shown before. The toilet was also too small, and no drinking water.
