- Mould in the bathroom - Dust everywhere (in room and in the hotel) - Bad acoustic isolation
Be aware with older man working on hostel. He will offer his friends cafe, his friends taxi which is MUCH more expensive than regular other taxi. Nobody doesn't answer your emails. I always chose the cheapest hostels traveling in Europe, so I am not, so I can not complain the room or bed. But working stuff has left very very bad reputation. The only one young guy (guess not french) was nice and pleasant.
Sharing room with insect, crumbles on floor. Never again.
Staff speaking different languages Hotel location In between two metro station
The room is very dirty Sink, shower tray, window are dirty need painting Damp and black dirt onThe wall paper Bed is squizzy, make noise (sex time) The bed sheetis old Black mark on Towels Building material Rubbish bag in the corridor Poor lighting room No storage faciliries
This is a shabby and simple hotel but it was clean, the shower was powerful and it was good for the money. The bed wasn't very comfortable but it was warm and functional. The room was very small and bare, it felt a bit like being in a box but for a cheap stay in Paris it was fine. It's right by a metro station and has a really beautiful canal nearby as well as supermarkets and a few restaurants (although I didn't try these). The staff were friendly and unobtrusive. This is a no frills hotel but it served its purpose well.
I liked the staff at this hotel, very friendly and communicating peoples.
But this hotel so dirty i did not like it. Cobwebs everywhere, old windows, greasy floor, old and dirty wallpaper.
there was mold growing on walls, we had no curtains, the room smelled terrible, the walls are paper thin and noise was really bad, dust everywhere, in general it was a very bad experience and we won't be booking with the same company again if this is a typical hotel they offer. We tried to complain but the receptionist apparently had no English yet we heard him talking to another guest later that day and his English was more than adequate
the hotel as a whole
Hair in the shower, dirty sinks, disgusting toilet and super unfriendly stuff
Hotel has two advantages: the price and the location (close to a metro station).
Photos on their website belie to a real condition of rooms. The room was worse compared to photographs.
the place is near metro
not clean in bathroom, only one pillow for two persons
Handy for gare du nord and gare de l'est Room clean and fairly newly decorated (except floor!)
VERY noisy doors so woken up through the night Blocked toilet on my floor Shabby corridor and staircase
everything else was very basic or worst it was like a hotel you expect to find in India or something
Everything: very unhygienic, extremely dusty (which made us sick),worn down,no pillows, uncomfortable beds, extreme damp and mold in bathrooms which cause the rooms to smell, extremely small washbasins with a very lowered glass on top making it difficult to brush your teeth, unprofessional and rude staff (older man especially) so absolutely no customer service, no lift,no baggage storage, located in nasty area full of prostitutes - AVOID THIS PLACE!! Needs to be taken off website.
a real nightmare..not a hotel,not a hostel, something similar to prisons
Basic room but it is what you get for the price, but they had great heating which helped to keep warm on a cold day and night
the girl who clean the room was nice and polite
i will never forget that bad experience. one of the worst in my life... the owners are not just rude, but they going to make you to feel that you are in the prisons. they were shouting on us, they didnt respect. the place is not a hotel, not even hostel, its very similar to public prisons..i guess prisons should be more luxury than this..we were crying and we wanted to leave bec we were so scare:( guys pls think twice before u book
Nothing just nothing
Every thing it is worst hotel ever i been in 32 countries so far that was the worst hotel in my life .......
bathroom in room, good heating - warm
small bathroom but it is not problem as the advantage is private bathroom
The location of this hotel was good. It was close to major train stations that I needed and not too far from tourist attractions
The room was dirty and everything was falling apart. The shower head was held together with masking tape, the curtain rail had fallen off and there were screws coming out of the walls. There was also an unmistakable smell of urine throughout the room (probably because there was no door to the bathroom, just a curtain).
The staff are incredibly rude, barely aknowledged us.sent us to an occupied room, we walked in on other guests. Our room was up 6 flights of stairs, rooms are very very small. Location was close to a metro but still very far out. Hotel was under reno ations, dust and dirt everywhere, smell of sewage all over hotel. Would never stay here again.
Location was the best thing, and at that it still took at least 15 mins to get anywhere by underground!
Room smelled constantly of excrement, the bed was filthy and had clumps of hair between the sheets, and the staff were very unpleasant to speak to.
