NO TV # DIRTY - LEAKAGE - BROKEN BED - FUNGUS IN BATH. VERY DISGUSTING. DO NOT RECOMEND THIS HOTEL.
The entrance was a hole. Staff didnt care. The floor of the room was sticky. we had toilet and shower in the room. toilet seat lay next to the toilet. the glass shower screen fell out when opening the shower. Mold everywhere. the smell of mold too. the worst was the the blanket where the vomit of a former guest was present in lumbs.
The hotel looked a wreck, it was under full re-construction i think - construction material and equipment everywhere. The hotel room wasn't even vacuumcleaned, the glass cup at the sink still had toothpaste on it from the previous guests, there where no proper pillows on the bed, there were drawings on the wall of previous guests - it was just really drastically below expectations.
I like my 6th floor room, clean, quiet, and private. I like the location which is very near the station. Tap water is potable.
Its the stairs with no lift, having a luggage while climbing up to the 6th floor is grueling. The shared bathroom is located in the 2nd floor, and its dirty.
Reception was helpful
Shower being located 4 floors away from room. No locks on toilet. Terrible location.
Hipotel personell, was very good and helpfull Location was very convinient for sightseeng and dinning
Rooms were too small, bathrooms also! There are no proper pillows. Almost no storage for clothes. No kitchen facillities!!!
The location of the hotel was nice.
No hospitality, behaviour of staff is very bad. Room was too small, and in no way similar to the photos shown before. The toilet was also too small, and no drinking water.
Do not stay in this hotel! Two nights I was eaten by bloodsuckers there not noticing this and may have brought them home too, have to burn all my clothes now. All I got was a single sorry word and a suggestion that I brought them in, although mine is not the first case of bed bugs for this hotel. Thinking to sue them for ruining my Paris holiday!
Near to the metro and canal
Bathroom had no light! Bed was rested on bricks No sockets in room yet 3 in bathroom? 1 pillow for a double bed
the location is very good.. i was offered a room with a attached bath.. though opted for one with shared.. that was really appreciable for me.. the attached bath had all toiletries.. it was clean as well.. room was good.. renovated totally..
Good location with excellent little bistro on the doorstep. Quite side street, no traffic and metro only a short walk away
The price was low so one didn't expect too much of a good stay. One of the gentleman at the desk was kind. He was there for my check-in
The staff was rude, with the exception of one older man. Apart from that, the one thing that annoyed me the most was that the photos on the booking website resembled NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING to the room I stayed in. My toilet had no toilet seat and the flush handle was broken. The floor was in disrepair and the closet dirty. The shower on my floor was out of order so I had to descend the dirty and ill-maintained steps to the shower just below me. The carpet on these stairs was absolutely filthy, and the hallway looked like that of a condemned building. The "Garden" was completely FULL of trash. It was like wading through a junkyard. In the end I wanted to leave early and they refused to reimburse me for the nights I would not be staying. The man at the front desk said he would give me a rain-check for when I would come back. I asked him for proof, and he did not want to give one. He said I was questioning his honor; he said if he told me he would give me the rain-check, he would. I demanded proof so he finally wrote a note on the back of my receipt. Then I demanded his signature and he gave it, reluctantly. This place is unprofessional and disgusting. What do they do with the money they earn?
-rude staff. we arrived in paris after 11h drive and i was hoping to get in bed as soon as possible. When we arrived at the reception we had to wait 15 minutes for receptionist to came and check us in. -Me and my work colleague reserved 2 rooms, but they made a mistake and we got only 1 room, with one extra matress on the floor!?!for the same price ofcourse. Because i was really exhausted and i am not the type to complain i just agreed and went to bed or should i say to smelly matress without any bed linen. -dirty toilet, shower, and room in general -not that cheap compared to other hotels in paris. we only book this one because was available in the last minute I really advise everyone not to book this hostel. Its better to sleep in your car or in the park. Hotel like this would be closed by inspection ages ago in my country. I am used to staying in cheap hostels but this was unbeliavable. And in the end if it wasnt bad enough. After returnig home i realized they charged my credit card (in thre parts 60+92+107€) 259€ without me knowing. (no resit, no additonal services) it is possible that they didnt do this the first time, so if you stayed here check your bank statements. Luckly i used company credit card so our lawyers are prosecuting credit card fraud and i dont have to worry about this anymore. I am used to staying in "unclassy" and cheap hotels but i have never experienced nothing like this. Tip: Stay as far away from hipotel as you can!
Location semi-central there was a bed available
Unusable bathroom, no light and no toilet lid Staff very uncooperative Courtyard looks like aa construction site Shower on the corridor Shower was broken Very loud music deep into to the night It is not possible to store the luggage anywhere if you arrive an hour early
Bathroom was disgusting! Dont sleep there!
I have never seen an hotel so dilapidated. You need to tell your custumers that is a skate. There are only junkies in this.
Good for one night as it is difficult to find reasonable price accommodation in Paris
Hair blocking the sink Floor was dirty
The place is rather quite, becouse all the Windows are facing inner garden, so no passing cars can be heard. Rooms for two have their separate showers and toilets.
Wifi doesn't work. It runs for about 5-10 min and then disapears, many more guests had the same problem, unfortunately the staff could do nothing about it. At the time of our stay the inner garden seemed more like back yard for putting all the trash.
The hipotel is a great place to stay for very cheap and no expectations. It was not bad at all! we were greeted nicely by the man at the desk. Really sweet canal near and nice restaurants
The hotel does not look after itself, when talking about the cracks in floors and ceilings. But the beds were fine and not much to complain about
Was easy to find. On a side street so traffic noise was not overwhelming. Staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English. Room was very clean and comfortable. Certainly a good value for price.
No elevator. Cafe next door does not close until 1 am so a bit noisy from my window.
