Extremely limited room in shawer and toilet.
The hotel is close from the metro. Good quality for money.
The light that went off when I was taking a bath. Poor soundproofing from the inside.
Location very close to Metro Line 2 and 11. Near to Asian restaurants (esp Chinese) and super markets. Halal restaurant nearby. From Metro Line 2 you can easily connect to RER B - train to CDG Airport. My room at ground floor very near to the shower/toilet
Internet not stable for few days.
The location is very nice. Metro station right next to the hotel.
Even though we agreed in our booking that the whole price would be charged in advance of the provided credit card, the hotel staff stated upon arrival that they still needed to charge. We were lucky that we had the credit card with us.
is near to metro subway and is very quiet in the night..
i want to see my money back in count, because in the first day when i came they block on my count 29,99 euro, why, and where are my money, please help me to see my money in count is not normal
Location near metro
Cleanliness Very small shared toilet that I couldn't manage to sit in room cleanliness is poor, I had to pass the night with a mouse in the room
Was very dissappointed. It is very easy to find, good location only because close to station, but location itself-terrible surroundings... Bed was comfortable
Surroundings, dirty-floor was dirty, didnt even try the shower. Good to have sink in the room so trying to avoid wc as much as possible, If you are going on holidays please dont stay there as it will affect your holidays not in a good way. Cheap though
Near the city center, near metro station, cheapest hotel in Paris
no comfortable, no clean but if you accept these cons you will have no issues. Internet connection isn't stable (3€ per day)
Good location just 3 minutes walking from Belleville metro station.
The worst thing was that the receptionists were terribly rude. We got to pay three for the wi-fi as it's said on the website but it's three euro for one password which you can use in just one equipment (Mobile and computer? You gotta pay 6 euro every 24 hours) and the connection is totally failing, really bad quality. No cleaning at all for your bedroom while you're there. The light in the toilet was not working and nobody was able to change it and again the receptionists are really impolite to everybody who's not French. Terrible experience.
We had One towel in a room that we reserved for 2, a small sink in the room (with a really dodgy mirror shelf), no TV, not very clean, small bed for 2 ppl, really bad paint job of the walls, not too clean. There was a very small one person toilet per floor for 10 rooms and 1 filthy shower per floor that had only cold water coming out of the shower. And the breakfast was: a small croissant, small bread bun, a little plastic jam tub (by little I mean very little) and a little plastic apple flavored baby food tub + coffee or 'juice' out of a drinks dispenser. And to top it all up, on the first day that we were supposed to have breakfast, we were literally 3 min late after the Breakfast time was over, and even though we paid for it, they didn't even want to give it to us (I mean, ok, I whould've understood if you had cooked breakfast and the kitchen was closing, but could they not just open the cupboard and pus some of those plastic tubs on a tray and let us have it? When they were cleaning the rooms, they left all the dirty sheets and towels crumbelled on the lobby floor in front of everyone's path and the second day I even saw a opened condom package in the middle of the corridor sweeped together with the hair and rubbish of othher ppls rooms. Would never recommend this to anyone!!!
Excellent location, good staff, clean toilets and shower. Everything is reasonable for the price we paid.
Bed a little bit too short, internet not free.
the stuff ,bad bed,noisy
Nothing, the only good thign was the convenient location.
Staff were rude and unhelpful. The room was less than desirable the bed linen was unclean, the bathroom facilities were disgusting the room was very small and uncomfortable. This was not what I was anticpating for 3 stars. I will not return to this hotel.
Price. Thats the best thing about this hotel. If your a backpacker and dont expect much of facilities, it makes a smart choice for a budget stay. The hotel is very close to metro station.
There was no free wifi. The internet was available for an extra price, but it never worked. The staff could not come up with any solution and just refunded the money. The big sized man behind the reception did not smile and had a bland expression all the time. The shared toilette had no proper exhaust or ventilation and it smelled. The housekeeping time was too early in the morning and the housekeeping staff were noisy and impolite.
It's next to the metro station, the bed is very comfortable, the receptionists and tha cleaning ladies were very helpful ..the location was not good but it's still centre of paris!
Staff were helpful. The place was fairly clean and on a budget I can't really complain. I liked the fact that Belleville is on line 11 which is less than 20 mins from the centre of Paris.
Good Sleep Quality Good Room Cleanliness
A not so good Neighbourhood Bad service Toilets are dirty Luggage storage room is a joke No lift Early check-out hours No early check-in or late check-out
Unirgonised,bad staff,non respect for clients,dirty location and building,smelling rooms,no w
It's the worst hotel I've ever visit.
The only good thing wqs the location
The most terrible hotel I ever had in my life
Easy to get from train station to hotel. Breakfast reasonable nice front office staff. Easy access to restaurants markets.
Rooms too small shower is shared but clean have to pay for extra towels. This hotel is okay for adults couples no kids too hard with shared toilets n showers. Hotel okay for one or two days only.
Located just two steps from a metro station, cheap.
Shared bath and toilet, tiny room.
the location is good, about 50 meters away from Metro or subway station. But it is right in the middle of China Town, and you would expect to see Chinese women standing along street, actually they are prostitutes from early dark of the day until 1 to 2 am each day.
The smell in the room although put a lot of refreshner is awful, i can not sleep when i breath in the room. the deco tells you it is a really awful place. the whole floor share a shower room (around 10 rooms) and a tiny toilet and the shower room never opened, and i could not have a shower for 4days during my stay. the staff is awful as well, i told them the light did not work a few times, and i have to take the bulbs and put them on by myself. the bed and desk is worse than the ones you can pick up from Paris street.
