the staff were friendly and very polite
the bathrooms get stuffed and water overflows, the other guests make noise , one cannot get proper sleep
One of the worst I got in Paris...very bad...very very bad!
Place. Place. Healthy minimalism. 5 plugs per room.
Small toilets. Crude stairs. Noisy.
if you're looking for a cheap accommodation for one night, go for it. location is good, as it a minute away from a metro station and 15mins from one of the main train stations in town
old building, poor facilities, bathroom and toilet are not in room. it's more like a hostel but at least the rooms are individual.
The hotel is very basic, but very cheap. A metro stop is 100 yards away and if just staying for a couple of nights and using it as a base, this is perfect for those on a budget.
close location to subway
smell dirt staff (can't speak english)
Good location, to metro 50m.
Staff was welcoming and friendly
The facility is not in line with the standards of Paris. Hotels should be mirroring the beauty of Paris.
I like the rooms, but I have to say that we got another room than wr booked because their administration was a mess and the former room was occupied. Finally it was an advantage for us because we got one of the more luxurious rooms.
They didnt clean our rooms very well and there was an small opening between the door and the ground which was a good pass though for insects.
- To close to metro station "BELLEVILLE" and not so far from bus station eurolines (10 minutes by metro) - is there one very good and cheap fast food (kebab)
Small and not so clean WC-s (of course shared) in my room was a mildew
close to the metro. the rest only cons are no other advantages.
dirty. noisy. awful! I do not advise to go here. were there for two days. will never return to this hotel
Great area near metro very clean reasonable price on side-street, so not noisy
having to pay extra for Wi-fi
The staff are nice and they can help you with some directions, and a metro station is very close and the neighbourhood it's quite.
I really didn't like the housekeeping service and the cleaning in general, just the toilet looks clean.
Nothing to like. Disgusting.
nice staff (the older man at the reception & the cleaning lady), there was a sink, a small mirror and a window in the room
the room was very small and in a really bad condition (walls that are falling apart, a wobbly bed, broken floor, no other furniture except a small table and a chair, dirty towels), the toilets looked like they haven't been taken care of for months (dirty, smelly, narrow), the hotel was hard to find, we didn't feel safe - the neighbourhood seemed dangerous...
clean toalets new and clean washbasin in a room hotel (fortunatelly) under the reconstruction
no lights in a (dirty) bathroom unclean floor in a room strongly damaged walls (missing inside wallcover) broken floor-files dangerously sticking out from the floor swinging table and chair in bad condition broken window-handle the room-key did not fit well to the locker
It was pretty cheap
Construction was taking place so the place seemed to be unfinished. Only two shared toilets for the entire corridor. Close to Bellville station which is quite close to Gare du Nord but just be cognizant that it is an ethnic area so maybe quite different from stereotypical Paris.
Not worth it.
Is there any?
I did't like anything at this place. As a matter of fact, it should't be called a hotel at all. The employees at this place probably don't know the meaning of hygiene. Everything was disgusting dirty. The room was not clean, the shower had fungus and the toilette stinks worse then public toilettes. I stayed there for one night because it was already too late to go somewhere else. I checked out in the next morning before eight o'clock in the morning.
Nice staff, clean room, good location, cheap price
Renovation work & tools, dust, dirty toilets
During my 5 day stay it was horrible the walls were full of damp the bedding looked like someone had just used it and it wasn't cleaned the toilet was removed to lay tiles without any warning so had to go to the toilet downstairs they was doing so much work it was dangerous to move tools left everywhere and people kept trying to get in my room when I said I didn't understand the cleaners were so rude and didnt even clean my room it was like staying on a building site and if that's where I wanted to stay it would of been cheaper to stay on a building site they took more money then stated would never go back there left with nat bites on me lucky never took my children there it should be shut while all that building work was being done lack of consideration and all hotels are meant to have safety procedures in place this one lacked it will never return wouldn't recommend to anyone especially those with children
that it was located in paris
that I made the dumb choice of booking broken floor tiles everywhere, I mean everywhere - on the staircase, along the corridors, and the ones in the room were so bad the door got stuck halfway on top of badly laid and cracked tiles so one could only get in sideways. the toilets were tiny, and you had to carry your own tp and better keep the one roll they gave you. I have no idea why anyone would stay there again. it wasn't even radically cheap.
