Easy to get from train station to hotel. Breakfast reasonable nice front office staff. Easy access to restaurants markets.
Rooms too small shower is shared but clean have to pay for extra towels. This hotel is okay for adults couples no kids too hard with shared toilets n showers. Hotel okay for one or two days only.
Located just two steps from a metro station, cheap.
Shared bath and toilet, tiny room.
the location is good, about 50 meters away from Metro or subway station. But it is right in the middle of China Town, and you would expect to see Chinese women standing along street, actually they are prostitutes from early dark of the day until 1 to 2 am each day.
The smell in the room although put a lot of refreshner is awful, i can not sleep when i breath in the room. the deco tells you it is a really awful place. the whole floor share a shower room (around 10 rooms) and a tiny toilet and the shower room never opened, and i could not have a shower for 4days during my stay. the staff is awful as well, i told them the light did not work a few times, and i have to take the bulbs and put them on by myself. the bed and desk is worse than the ones you can pick up from Paris street.
location next to metro
toilet and shower facilities were poor very poor breakfast Hotel just provides a bed to sleep rooms are too small
Staff guy did his best to be nice.
Construction. Very noisy. Toilet very very small. Hard to get in. Everything very rudimentary.
The location of the hotel was great
At night it was often very loud outside of our room both from within and outside of the hotel. There was no reception or security present in the hotel at night.
I hated the place, it's a dangerous zone, very poor facilities. The first room I went to had no locker. Simply disgusting.
location, very short sweet street with no cars, just a couple of cafés, close to Metro Belleville.
not particularly clean, electrical cabels hanging loose out of walls, even in shower, room half-painted, tiles on floor broken so bed rocky, tiles on stairs broken, redecorating work on-going, used bed laundry laying around the stairs and corridor, breakfast room very small, 2x4 meter, no prob, but why the two small tables wasn´t being cleaned and dishes taken away so if you where the last to eat breakfast you had to eat with all the dishes piled on top of each other, seemed very strange.
Cleaniness, accomodation, staff.
Nothing I was wrong booked that hotel
Very bad room not clean , bathroom not good at all
Good Location from Metro and center
small beds they are not gives us twin beds.
Nothing. See negatives.
Personal very unfriendly, if you ask something they answer andry as if you were bothering them. Location, the worst in Paris, I stayed for 4 nights, one morning in front of the hotel was a trucked on fire!!! Unbelieveable! Baths are too few for so many rooms, extremely small and have no ventilation! A very bad experience!
- Does not worth cost+ unhelpful staff, especially for night shift! - No elevator, but a lot of narrow stairs!
Location proved to be interesting and allowed us to see the part of Paris that isn't widely advertised.
Lack of cleanliness in general,(previous guests underwear found in bed), 2 shared toilets per floor - both small and smelly, one small shared shower on our floor for 6 rooms....inadequate to say the least. No lift, spiral stairway narrow with loose tiles and handrail. No air condtioning or fan available and railing across window loose. Overall not up to even basic standards.
Nothing except that I got a really good deal from Booking.com
Everything. The toilet was outside. The bathrooms were down the hall. The location leaves a lot to be desired. The address isn't where they say it is. The hotel itself has a tariff of 179€ per night.
Location next to Belleville metro Neighborhood was pleasant and safe Room was reasonably large Cost was acceptable for Paris
No elevator, had to struggle with stairs One shower for 15-20 people on each floor, had to wait to wash each morning Plastic undersheet on bed was very uncomfortable.
Room Facility Cleanliness
1.Share toilate. 2, share bath room. 3, narrow stair, 4. no lift. 5, bed is small and can not cover body. 6,room space very few, 7,no TV 8, wifi connection very poor, 9< many more problem
geranium in window box.
lumpy pillows. Breakfast clean-up after other people quite slow.
the staff were friendly and very polite
the bathrooms get stuffed and water overflows, the other guests make noise , one cannot get proper sleep
I only liked one thing: the fact that it's very close to a metro and that there are a few restaurants and bars around...
1. I couldn't sleep. You can hear absolutely everything in the hotel: people talking, steps, doors slamming, including at hours at like 3-4-5 am. At one night I even thought there was some child abuse or something and I thought of calling the police because a kid was screaming so loud, it felt like he was next to my ear + hits and noises of furniture! 2. The toilets were not in the room, but on the hallway. I would not mind that if they were normal toilets, but there was a sink in every room, the toilet seat in a separate room and the shower in another room. The toilet room is extremly small and there was never toilet paper in there. No sink in the same room with a toilet which really bothered me! Only one shower per floor... 2. No free wifi as they claim. 3 euros per day or 7 euros per 72 hours... 3. DO NOT EAT the included breakfast. It's a rip off... 5 euros for a bread, a small butter and a little bit of jam + a coffee or a tea. The room where you eat is extremly small, with a nice design, but very very very dirty. They don't clean after every person who eats there (only like 6 people fit there at once) and when you come to eat don't be surprised if you find bread crumbs and other pieces of food from the previous people... Ow, and they put the bread in the same basket as other people's. Next to your seat, you will see the dirty dishes of the people who sat there before, which will be cleaned by night or the day after... or whenever somebody else will sit there... 4. Very bad neighbourhood. It'a an occidental neighbourhood which normally wouldn't bother me, but people were very weird, not welcoming, high prices for food, only asian supermarkets (we couldn't find a shop to buy a bread!) which close very early and open very late. Prostitutes are literally everywhere! I even started to count them with my boyfriend and on an area of like 200 meters we counted 42!!! 5.
One of the worst I got in Paris...very bad...very very bad!
Location was good regarding my expectation. In Paris each location has its own charm. For my next visit I shall choose an another location.
The noise in the tubes for waste water from upper floor running through lowest floor. I occupied the room in ground floor and he tubes were installed outside the wall. Th e noise is considerable.
Place. Place. Healthy minimalism. 5 plugs per room.
Small toilets. Crude stairs. Noisy.
