Near to train station.Staff very friendly and helpfull. We booked in to the Kyrad , on arrival we could not get our 2.20m High car in to the garage so they kindly phoned you to change the booking , to a hotel with 2.50m secure parking. When we got there the parking was 2m hight .So we had to park in public parking which was a great worry as we had collected our daughters art to take home.(art from GCSE to Degree) and could be seen from the car.Needless to say we are now home andhave the art. The public areas of the hotel are fine.The rooms are not. Dirty floor bad decoration no sound proofing .Though the beds were clean and comfortable,and as for the bathroom it made you crawl rusty hole in the bath you have to hold the shower head. No shower curtain only one towel rail Strange basin with a hospital tap, realy high loo, badly stained. The side of the bath was kicked in. I have taken photos if you want you can have them.As for recomending the hotel its cheep its near the train the staff were friendly so maybe i would recomend it to students

Very near where I had to go. Good quality for the low price I paid. Has a restaurant with good beef speciality. Very near to metro station, 5 min by feet. Breakfast choice was too little. Room located at front where there is a road with lots of traffic, so was a bit noisy.

Good value for money considering how close to Paris we were. We had booked a family room for 4 adults but they gave us two rooms with two singles for the same price which was great The lift can take forever to come down to reception. Renovations were ongoing during our stay but once the renovations are completed it will be more peaceful during the day.

Convenient location near rer line , Friendly staff, adequate breakfast, clean public areas, good locked garage facility to leave car in during stay, close to city park 1. The bathroom smelt of mould and rotting wood. There was mould on the walls. The tiling around the bath did not seal to the bath. When taking a shower there was no stand for the shower head or shower curtain. The bath was in a poor condition. There were holes in the plasterboard next to the toilet. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. There were no places to hang towels to dry. The bathroom was dimly lit. No plugs for the bath or handbasin were provided 2. We had a family room for the stay. this had 1 double bed 1 single bed and a pull out bed. the pull out bed, when out, was infront of the room door making access difficult and could be a problem in the case of an emergency 3. The room furniture was falling apart and parts were not clean 4. Maybe this bad experience is limited to just the room we were allocated (714)

The hardwood floor was dirty. TV remote was broken, and had to fiddle with the TV to get it to work. The pillows did not have pillow cases. No internet access in the room, only in the lobby.

La proximité du rer était agréable.La chambre petite correcte, mais un nettoyage des portes, de l'écran de télévision, franchement très sales, seraient grandement nécessaires. La présence d'un groupe de jeunes, qui nous a empeché de dormir toute la nuit, malgré le fait que nous ayons signalé leur comportement à l'accueil...aucun résultat. C'est inacceptable. Même pas d'excuse et aucun geste commercial.. à éviter

Situation très pratique à l'est de Paris juste en bordure du bois de Vincennes. Literie et propreté de la chambre OK. Accueil sympathique et efficace. Un certain laisser-aller dans l'entretien et la propreté des parties communes. Peintures et jardins un peu "défraîchis" ne nécessitant qu'un faible effort d'entretien pour accéder à un niveau standard du type Novotel ou Mercure.

L'hôtel est très mal entretenu les chambres sont en très mauvais état : sols sâles, salle de bain humide avec des murs noir piqués en j'en passe. De plus nous avions réservé une chambre familiale et en arrivant elle n'était plus disponible. Le bouquet a été le parking très mal agencé avec comme défit de ne pas accrocher la voiture. La prestation est très très très décevante. Je déconseille vivement cet établissement.
