Breakfast could include some hot food
Breakfast, fresh orange Good bed Clean
The location is pretty OK, so is the neighborhood. We've got the room facing the street, with the WiFi router placed right behind our room door in the hall, therefore, we had a very good Internet connection and speed. The staff was friendly and assisting. The towels were changed daily. There's a fresh juice making machine in the breakfast area. You'd get a cup of coffee anytime, too. The hotel is OK to sleepover and leave for an all-day sightseeing.
As most of visitors we didn't like the room size, it's really tiny, leave alone the size of bathroom: you'd scarcely be able to pick up something from the floor without hitting against the wall, or the sink, or the lavatory, or...The elevator is outdated and sometimes it takes ages to get in if you don't feel like using the stairs. The breakfast consists merely from the bakery, spreads, cereals and yoghourts. The utensils were not always clean enough.
A mistake in booking via booking (not refundable or changeable reservation) meant that the hotel did not admit any possibility of changing room from a single to a twin or doble room (although available), despite my availability for payment of any diference or surcharge. Unqualified and irresponsible attitude on the part of the hotel. Inspection of the elevator out of date! Very small bathroom. Noise from the elevator.
Location very close to attractions and transport links Tea and coffee facilities were very good
I did not like the separate floors and rooms given to members of familiy, when 2 people stayed in 1st floor and 2 other in 3rd floor
Staff were friendly, hotel room was spacious for price and spotless and breakfast was superb and plebriful . Highly recommend and would stay again.
Nothing other than checkout was 30 min late but free croissants coffee and kids area to wait in.
Location Beds Breakfast
close to the metro station, good breakfast, small but clean and comfortable room
Great deal for the price we paid, located in a quiet area, close to metro station. Had good wifi in the rooms
The breakfast was the same every morning and you didn't have much to choose from. The rooms (and bathrooms) are unbeliveably small, but then again, this is how the rooms are in Paris....
Convenient location for Montparnasse, room was very clean and comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
Breakfast choice was a bit limited compared to other Ibis Styles I have stayed in, but the food was still good (pastries fresh and nice coffee).
Very small rooms, small lift , same breakfast every day and very loud outside.
The WIFI is really Bad and is the only reaso why I never come back to IBIS hotel
The location, the cleanliness and the breakfast!
We booked a room with a bathtub, but the room we were given didn't have one.
breakfast was reasonably OK, though only had cold food.
extremely poor value room even for the outskirts of Paris. Very small room that felt like it was 1 larger room that had been divided into 2 to make more money. Ridiculously small shower/ bathroom. no space to walk around the bed.
My room which was a single one was a bit small. The corridors were very narrow. The lift could barely accommodate 2 people (although it was rated for 4 people). The wifi speed was aweful!
Availability of coffee and tea for 24 hrs. Location was ok too.
Same breakfast everyday. Room size was ok but bathroom was really small, it was difficult to take shower without spilling water on a floor.
The size of the room was a bit too small for two people
The staff was not very professional. I was booked for 3 nights and stayed 2 nights.
I liked the staff, the breakfast, and the layout/decor of the hotel/my room. I liked the modernity and newness of the hotel.
There was pee in the toilet when I first came to my room, which was rather disgusting.
1 bottle of water and coffee-tea was free.
Breakfast was very bad and the tools were dirty. It is far from Montparnasse Gare ( not walking distance ) Coridors are too narrow. Rooms are so small. It is OK for only sleeping. But an expensive one. Though it is Paris , very expensive city.
very friendly staff
room too small
Good hotel for a short stay. Clean, very nice staff, good bed, fast Wi-fi, breakfast ok. Close to a metro station.
Very small room and even smaller bathroom. No place for a suitcase or clothes. For longer stay night be a bit uncomfortable
Small, but perfectly formed. Very clean and staff friendly and helpful.
A little squashed around the breakfast bar; no room to circulate.
Extremely kind and helpful personnel
Poor WiFi (frequent disconnections, low throughput), even though the staff was very helpful
Good access to public transport for Gare Montparnasse and for sightseeing.
