Modern and clean room, very nice hotel. Far from the castle by walk, you had to go uphill on the return way. |

Comfortable large room and we had a very nice meal in the restaurant. It was possible to park our car securely close to the hotel which is important. |

Very large and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Felt as though the rooms and bathrooms had just been built. Alot of construction at the moment and our AC stopped working half way thru the night. |

es silencioso, limpio, ordenado, está muy bien situado, ni en el mismo centro ni lejos. Todo está limpio y bien organizado. Bien atendido. Habitaciones espaciosas y buen baño |

Zeer ongezellig bar en een onverzorgd terras dat gesloten was terwijl het toch zeker 22 graden was. Verder was er een personeelslid dat en de receptie en de bar moest bedienen. |

Même si ça parait infime, j'ai aimé les chambres renovées, la combinaison des couleurs sur les murs. Aussi très bonne hospitalité de l'accueil. Heureusement, tout a été ok. |

La posizione vicina al centro e facile da raggiungere in auto, il massimo comfort della stanza: arredamento nuovo, moderno ma nello stess tempo caldo, stanza silenziosa, stanza non fumatori come tutte le altre posizionate sullo stesso piano. |

La décoration des chambres rénovées est réussie. L'accueil est nul. La réceptionniste était au téléphone, elle n'a pas fait le moindre signe montrant qu'elle nous avait vus (sans doute étions nous transparents !). Ensuite elle a abandonné son poste pour aller dans une chambre et enfin, elle est revenue pour nous enregistrer. C'est inacceptable mais sans doute était-ce un job d'été ? Par ailleurs, il faut impérativement recommander de choisir une chambre rénovée. On imagine l'état des autres quand on voit les couloirs... |

Het diner was heel lekker en niet duur (goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding)! Goed bed. Goede ligging. Ook al was 's avonds de gratis privé parking van het hotel vol, er zijn vlakbij "betaal parking"plaatsen die gratis zijn tussen 18?19? u. en 9 u. Overdag was er wel veel plaats op de privé parking. Voor die 105 euro had het ontbijt inbegrepen mogen zijn ipv 13 euro per persoon . |

Netjes en schoon.Zakelijk Airco op de kamer deed het niet.Temperatuur 28 graden. Niemand beschikbaar om het probleem te verhelpen. Pas de tweede dag is er aan gewerkt. Uiteindelijk werd er een andere kamer aangeboden. Geen excuus gemaakt,Niets,Parkeerruimte is beperkt. Iets later aankomen ( na 20.00uur) betekent parkeerplaats vol. Priotity card member betekent hier ook niets. |

Blois está estratégicamente situado para visitar los castillos del Loira.El hotel está en un lugar tranquilo y las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. El parking es gratuito. |

Kamer netjes entree goede uitstraling Men doet moeilijk over tijdstip diner terwijl er niemand was in restaurant. Ook een aperatief in de lounge was blijkbaar niet gebruikelijk om ca. 17.00 uur. Ook hier werd eerst moeilijk over gedaan na ingrijpen manager kregen we deze alsnog |

service, propreté, design, aide du personnel sur le sejour en ville et aux alentours le bar: refus de servir du whisky à 00:30 (2 couples, sans histoire). La notion d'hospitalité a été negligée. Ce qui nous a le plus deplu c'est le manque d'explication. |

Der Aufenthalt hat mir überhaupt nicht gefallen, ich würde dieses Hotel nicht wieder buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer müssten dringend renoviert werden, da sie einen verwohnten und ungepflegten Eindruck machen. Sie entsprechen nicht einem Standard, welchen man in dieser Kategorie erwarten kann und welchen das Hotel mit seiner renovierten Lobby vorgeben möchte. Kein Wunder, dass die Zimmer nicht fotografiert sind. |
