Holiday Inn Bordeaux Sud - Pessac  

Firstly the very good service given by all the staff. The room itself was modern with good facilities, and choice of a range of pillows. The restaurant "Bistro14" was excellent offering set as well as a la carte options. Altogether a very pleasurable stay.

It was very well located for the purpose c of our visit. The hotel was modern, the staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were adequate in size, spotlessly clean, good sized bed and excellent linen. We ate in the hotel that evening and had a very good meal with plenty of choice - again service was good. The breakfast buffet was also very good. Cost overall was not inexpensive but I think it was value for money - You get what you pay for! Stuart & Nicola Barber

I arrived very late at night, indeed the night audit person was very kind and provided excellent service. The hotel is really good and certain available details are normally found in a 5 stars hotels. Thank you

When making reservation the booking.com site indicated an all included fare of 106 euros, when checking out it was 127 euros, what makes the difference?

Situation géographique. Standard Holiday Inn. Bon petit déjeuner.

Chambres très bruyantes, le vitrage est trop fin, on a l'impression de dormir au bord de la route. Boules Quies indispensables.

En quittant l'''hôtel j'ai donné mon avis en spécifiant que l'hôtel était très bien, le seul inconvénient est qu'il ne se trouve pas au centre de Pessac et que l'accès est un peu compliqué, pour le reste tout était parfait, je reviendrai dans cet établissement.

Minibar no completado en el segundo día. Tampoco limpiaron la habitación el segundo día. Las ventanas dan una sensación de cárcel.

Chambre 207 les joints de baignoire sont noires a cause de l'humidite Pas d'eclairage au niveau du grand miroir dans l'entrée de la chambre

J avais réservé une chambre avec description : "grand lit double" et a l arrivée on m a annoncė qu il ne reste qu une chambre avec lit jumeaux ! Dans ces conditions je n aurais pas reservė ... Aucun geste , aucun prix en compensation, juste : c est la faute de booking.com ...

Hotel ouvert depuis 7 ans, très bien tenu, serviettes moelleuses, peignoir, pantoufles, literie impeccable.personnel aimable, restaurant de qualité, petits déjeuners très variés et copieux.

Peut-etre la situation à un noeud d'autoroutes, de rocades, en bordure de route....mais pour mon mari hospitalisé à l'hôpital de Haut Lévêque, la situation était parfaite !
