Firstly the very good service given by all the staff. The room itself was modern with good facilities, and choice of a range of pillows. The restaurant "Bistro14" was excellent offering set as well as a la carte options. Altogether a very pleasurable stay.

It was very well located for the purpose c of our visit. The hotel was modern, the staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were adequate in size, spotlessly clean, good sized bed and excellent linen. We ate in the hotel that evening and had a very good meal with plenty of choice - again service was good. The breakfast buffet was also very good. Cost overall was not inexpensive but I think it was value for money - You get what you pay for! Stuart & Nicola Barber

cet hôtel est neuf et bien tenu. je pense que cet hôtel devrait donner le choix entre couette et couverture car il est impossible de dormir avec une grosse couette même chauffage stoppé.

En quittant l'''hôtel j'ai donné mon avis en spécifiant que l'hôtel était très bien, le seul inconvénient est qu'il ne se trouve pas au centre de Pessac et que l'accès est un peu compliqué, pour le reste tout était parfait, je reviendrai dans cet établissement.

J avais réservé une chambre avec description : "grand lit double" et a l arrivée on m a annoncė qu il ne reste qu une chambre avec lit jumeaux ! Dans ces conditions je n aurais pas reservė ... Aucun geste , aucun prix en compensation, juste : c est la faute de booking.com ...

We hadden het hotel geboekt als tussenstop van Andalusië naar België. Het ligt dicht bij de snelweg waardoor je geen tijd verliest, maar is toch heel rustig gelegen. De parking is gratis en 's nachts hermetisch afgesloten zodat je de volgeladen wagen ( dakkoffer, fietsdrager) in alle gemoedsrust kunt achterlaten. De receptionist was zeer vriendelijk en een efficiënte hulp bij enkele praktische vragen In het weekend kan je er 's avonds niet eten. Na een lange reisdag valt dat wat tegen. Op amper 5 minuten wandelafstand zijn er echter wel enkele behoorlijke alternatieven.

Les prestations de cet hôtel où je séjourne régulièrement (2 à 3 fois par an) sont sans surprises. La propreté des chambres et leur confort sont irréprochables. Le personnel est efficace et courtois. J'ai plaisir à séjourner dans cet hôtel. La connexion internet est itérative et les écrans plats (tv) datés qui équipent les chambres sont de qualité médiocre par rapport aux standards actuels.
