“ The staff were very friendly. The room was very cosy and warm, very clean and well looked after. Very easy to get around to places we needed most restaurants, bakery, bars, train station and also very close to Disneyland. If you love shopping an outlet village is 1 stop away on the train. Lovely area to stay in, the people are so nice :) ”

Proximity to rer that takes you directly to center of Paris without having to change trains (about 40 minutes to Charles De Gaulle square / Arc de Triomphe station), nice restaurants and a large supermarket. We had joint rooms and plenty of space for the entire family. Needs some refurbishing - better to remove the carpet entirely than keep it that stained and ruined as it was in the room we got.

Some of the staff was really friendly and its 2 train stops from Disneyland. Didnt change towels for 3 consecutive days and maid left door open twice

Location was ideal for me. Lack of facilities that were advertised as included. Lack of staff response when advised. Everything that was broken or missing; both bedside lamps, hob, kettle, crockery, cutlery, bathroom tiles broken, lack of hot water on two occasions showing, sorry carpet, stained bed linen.

The location was excellent, very close to Disneyland Paris & about 30 mins from Paris itself. The hotel was quite clean but really that was all there was to like about it to be honest. If I was charged 88 euros a night for our double room, as is advertised in the hotel, I would not have been happy at all! When we arrived at reception they gave us our room key & directions to out room. We went up to our room to find that it was still in the process of getting cleaned. If our room was not ready, the reception staff really should have just advised us of this before letting us go up there. We only had to wait about 10 mins once it was finally ready but I found that quite unprofessional. Once in the room, we found it to be roomy & clean enough. However there was a cooker hob, fridge & empty cupboards. They had cups & tea bags to make tea but no kettle, pans,plates or anything. I just found that a bit strange, but as neither myself or my boyfriend don't drink tea or coffee it didn't bother us. However I know that it would bother tea drinkers, just thought I would warn you of that. Also if you wanted a hot shower in the morning you have no chance! Lukewarm if you're lucky & that's at a push. The shower was only hot at night time. There was only 2 pillows on the bed, if you could call them that more like covers with a small amount of stuffing. We had to fold them over to try & use them as pillows. Three times we came back at night, went up to our room & had to go back down to reception because the key to our room didn't work. Other guests also had this issue. We didnt eat at the hotel at all, just preferred to eat out.

Me and my wife was so astonished with this place that we hate everything. I am completely disappointed with this place. There was no one to take responsability with my complaints. The room was very dirty and after changed 3 times to other rooms which all was the same I went to the reception guy, who mocked on my face when I asked him for refund as I was willing to leave that horrible place which I just did not leave because I had spent my last money already on that crap hotel.

This Hotel is well positioned for Disneyland Paris. This was my third stay in this Hotel because I like Bussy St George, Its safe, friendly and has a lovely little patisserie. The lake next to the Hotel is wonderful in Summer and if you are lucky can catch the family of Beavers that live there.

We stayed there because of its location.Only 5 minutes walk to RER St.Bussy Georges of which 2 stops away from Disneyland Paris.Booked a family room and was given 2 rooms with connecting door which was fine with us.Room was spacious however looked dated.Cleaned daily.Overall was ok as we didnt stay so much in the room.Reasonable price.

Nice big room Good desk staff was very helpful. Early morning call right on time. For the price I paid it was acceptable The heating system in the hotel was very noisy throughout the night. I had a two ring cooker and fridge in the room. No pots or pans and the fridge woke me during the night when it started up. Very noisy. The bathroom had a hole in the shower wall I could put my fist in and the shower hot water was only just hot.

Friendly and helpful staff; comfortable accommodation; location (ideal for Disney and Paris centre); price. Noisy pipes disturbed our sleep at 6:30 am.

The room and the toilet were big. The hotel is about 10 to 15 mins walk to the rer a. Its connected to the train to go to/from airport and city. 2 stops to/from disneyland. The bread for breakfast was delicious. The staff were good and nice except for one guy Thomas. There's a stove and fridge in the room( When we checked in the staff Thomas made a lot of discrepancies so be careful when u deal with him. First he asked for the passport and confirmed we had a booking. I told him I wanted to add the breakfast option and gave him money, he said everything was paid since two days ago. I booked the same day. Then he said oh I'm sorry blah blah. He took the money and asked me to sign a receip, it had another name on it. Then he said sorry blah blah. Then finally he gave me the card and room number. My partner and I took our luggage to the room. When I opened the door, there were people already in the room. Imagine the my embarassment and the shock of the people.i apologized to the family and one of them went with me back to reception and explained the situation.Thomas started saying cz the staff before me was not doing her job etc. He gave me another card which wasn't working. I had to go back for the 3rd time before we can actually put out stuff. Finally we were in, the ac wasn't working. When I called Thomas at reception oh I'm sorry its not working I cannot do anything just open the window. I said why didn't u say at check in. For one hour we were with him. The next day after breakfast, before heading out of disney, hussam or oussama the nice receptionist informed us that there has been no payment made for our room and he will add the breakfast option for the last 2 days. He said our credit card had a problem. After explaining that we paid cash and checked in last night he apologized and he said he will make a report. I was so pissed at Thomas cz he couldn't do his job. At night I asked him if everything was fine and he said oh I replied already the other staff is weird for asking u that. He is very unprofessional and reckless. I think its a good place but just be careful if u will check in and he's on the reception. -the towels had an unpleasant smell

The room accomodations were according to expectations, so I was satisfied, when I arrived. The people, in the reception tried their best to be helpful. The cleaning was very very poor. The room was never vacuumed in the 6 days I spent there, alone with my daughter. The bath tub was never washed either. A dirty towel was placed for us to use instead of a clean one. No boiler even though it was stated in the room specifications. I requested one, the second day and never received it!

The hotel is very near to the rer train system, close to Disney and the Val du Europe shopping centre. Bussy is a very nice modern town with shops and restaurants close by. I chose to had breakfast in a local cafe rather than at the hotel, as its a lot cheaper. I have no problems in staying at the hotel again. Some areas could do with a little tlc and maintenance

large rooms,parking,location ,close to Disney,and the large mall. first room was not cleaned,they gave us a new room that was larger,but the electricity didn't work properly(plugs were not working).Heat was not working well,rather cool in morning!!.No hot water for showers.The kitchenette did not work,due apparently to the lack of inspection by the authorities.Has potential,but not yet ready to charge full amount until issues resolved.

No heat! No hot water. Staff tell lies about it being fixed. In fact heat has not worked in 1 year. Likewise the cool air does not work in summer. Avoid. Unless you are an eskimo.

Parking under the hotel. Big room, kitchenette, beautiful bathroom, lots of wardrobe space, very nice hd-television. They brought a watercooker to the room when I asked for it. I had tea, wine, fruit, cup-a-soup and crackers with me so we didnot need breakfast in the hotel. Check-in at 3 am, Check out at 12, which was superrelaxed. The receptionist also spoke english. RER-station nearby. The carpet looked very dirty with stains and need cleaning. But that is a minor detail, though it is a pity when the whole room looked modern, clean and fantastic.

There was nothing to like about the hotel. As stated on booking.com. 1)"Wi Fi available" there was no wi-fi and has not been available for 4months according to hotel 2) We asked for two twin rooms in the request box. We were given double rooms, which meant paying for a 3rd room to accomadate 3 men. 3) The rooms were dirty and there was an imprint of a dead rat on the carpet ( photo available) 4) Booking.com quoted a bar. The only drink available was bottled water.
