Holiday Inn Paris CDG Airport

I don't like the transferring method from/to airport. also, for extra service they ask for payment before providing the service.

This is the second time that we stay at Holiday Inn Paris cdg airport. It's a small hotel comparing to the big ones all around. What we love the most is the park next door which allows you to take a walk and visit the quiet little village of Roissy while waiting to go to the airport.

We would not recommend the restaurant . However if you stay there on a Sunday night there is no restaurant open in the town.

We stayed at 4 holiday inns on our visit to france and belgium. Yours was the nicest and most comfortable of them. The rest should learn from your room set up.

accessibility to airport, especially free shuttle

The service and degree of help that we received from Sadat, one of the Duty Managers was better than we have received in any hotel anywhere in the world and my husband and I have travelled extensively over many years. Nothing was too much trouble. He is one of those rare employees who gives 150%. Camille who worked at the front desk and in the restaurant was also wonderfully helpful. Our ground floor room was warm and attractive, the latter important when it is minus 9 outside, our bed was very comfortable, room service and dining room food was delicious - both breakfast and dinner. Great coffee, which we drank gallons of, to help combat jet lag. Hotel nice and close to cdg (about 5-10 minutes drive away). Room very quiet. Free wifi in our room was a huge plus. We won't stay anywhere without it. The village of Roissey with its various restaurants was a short walk through a park. The cdh Holiday Inn is excellent value for money. The English speaking staff are wonderful - warm and friendly. Would definitely stay again and would recommend without hesitation.

Good location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room.

Close to the airport. Quiet, clean. A good place to stay if only going to the airport. Took too long to get to downtown Paris. Too much hassel to get to Paris. Approx. 40- 60 minutes.

The many courtesies extended by the front desk staff. You were made to feel right at home from the moment you walked through the door!

Room was too small for two people and two suitcases..

Very well located. Transportation in the shuttle wa OK. Rooms are very clean and very comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel and the restaurant is very good.

The well thought out bathroom - small but with more than other bathroomjs at fancier/more epensdive hotels have - specifically hooks for hanging up towels. Also, the air-conditioner controls really seemed to work. The curtains kept out the light and the windows, for the most part, kept out the jet noise. Best was the location of some very good local restaurants - the Village Brasserie has truly wonderful tarte tantin.

Convienience to airport

We liked the convenience to the airport and the shuttle service.

This is an excellent hotel with quick access to the airport..which is the primary reason we stayed there the night before our flight. The hotel staff were very friendly & the meal in the restaurant above average for a hotel. Our standard double room was modern and clean..a lovely oasis for a rest after a month of travel! Free WiFi was an added bonus.
