Holiday Inn Paris CDG Airport  

Over all my experience with Holiday Inn was great.

The transport from the Hotel to the airport was not great at all. We waited an hour for the bus at Terminal 1,2,3 once we got back from Paris. You will need to have a meeting with the Transport Company to make this more aware to them.

This hotel is perfect for overnight stays close to the CDG airport.

Proximity to CDG airport was very useful. Staff were very very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable.

There were issues on arrival with charges on the booking.com form which didn't apply. The hotel resolved this for me. Also, I booked for 2 adults and 2 children with booking.com, but the reservation made with the hotel was for 2 adults only. Again, the hotel resolved this issue without problems, but mentioned that this happens regularly with booking.com.

The facilities in the hotel were good, free wifi and shuttle as an added advantage.

We were booked in a room which was for disabled persons, we requested a different room and the staff did not bother to assist us. Extremely dissappointing!!!

The accommodations were impeccable

very comfortable bed, very clean bathroom. Excellent chef in kitchen.

check out very crowded--only one person available, long line, everyone upset because we all had to catch planes.

Great location right at the airport. Has a free shuttle. You can get something to eat in the lounge late up to 12:30 am. Nice size room with free wick and Tv. Nice shower.

There is nothing that I did not like.

The location. The hotel claimed to be located in cdg airport but it is in fact in the city of Roissy. With the heavy snow on that day, it took me 1 1/2 hour to reach the hotel by Taxi.

The room was very clean,very comfortable,friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was very good

I had arrived at the hotel at 1130 pm.the bar was close could not get a drink and there was no food available wither only thing was a vending machine.after flying for hours vending machine was not my idea of late snack in Paris :(

no one help in luggage, poor breakfast, bus shuttle takes long time so if you harry take taxi for 22-25 euros.

Staff were friendly, (but appeared overworked and underpaid). The room was clean and decent. Comfortable bed and nice sheets.

Rooms are small, over-priced and the whole hotel is very dated and has quite a depressing atmosphere. Food was very mediocre indeed - in particular the breakfast. Staff were helpful, efficient and tried quite hard, with me at least - though they were very rude to some Chinese and African clients in the dining room - who were probably themselves a bit recalcitrant. Everything had an air of tiredness, the decor, the people, the rooms ... The journey from the airport and back was cumbersome and not well organised in the shuttle bus. In the end I took a taxi back to the airport in the morning, 25 Euro - as I had a lot of luggage. If one is looking for a transit place near CdG, this may not be the best idea.I Will not stay there again by choice.

The holiday Inn Paris was perfect for my wife and I because we had a very early flight out the next morning. We were pleased with the room and its amenities.The only glitch...I Requesteda 4;15 am alarm and never received it. Luckily we woke early for our wake up time. The dining room staff was great and friendly. We would stay again in the hotel.

Very clean, well located for a morning flight, the staff was very pleasant, the room comfortable. Very satisfied.

The shuttle was a nightmare.....one bus for several destinations. Had to miss a bus because could not get on and waited another 20 minutes after a long tiring day. Than was crammed on with all the luggage and irritable other travelers. Not a pleasant experience. The ride to airport in the morning was equally crowded but since we were the 3rd hotel for pickup we got on before the other 4 stops. Need more shuttles or less hotels for pick up/delivery. It was so unpleasant it may be a deal breaker in the future. Ok if you're traveling with a small back pack and are willing to put up with the rude passengers.

too high price

The night clerk was especially very friendly and helpful when we came down at 5:00 am to get our cab. Very polite and he offered us something to drink. He was extemely thoughtfull and energetic and had been up all night. The hotel was very well run and very clean. The daytime young man at the desk was also very helpful with the printing of our boarding passes. Good job guys!

Location was good for CDG

Good American amenities, clean room and convenience to the airport; and cost.

Bar area was very loud and nearby room was too noisy to bear; we had to switch to a second floor room. The airport van mislead us that it stops at all terminals-- it does not! It only stops at terminal one!

Very clean, location, shuttle

Hotel waiter (little balding waiter with short beard) was extremely rude, we waited a long time in restaurant after exhausting flight and never got served. When I confronted him about not waiting on my wife and I he made a smart remark so we left (he continued to make smart remarks as we left. We walked over to the Marriot for dinner and spent $95 Euros that could have been spent at Holiday inn. Sorry, I would have give an excellent feedback if it were not for this person.

Very convenient to CDG. The room was very high quality and very clean. In the US I rarely stay at Holiday Inns because they don't rank up there with the likes of Hilton, etc.. This Holiday Inn was much more on a par with a 4 star hotel. Restaurant was good, and was open late.
