Staff were excellent - we arrived early and they were only too happy to take care of our luggage. The hotel is also next to an excellent shopping centre - great for looking around and shopping at leisure Room was very comfortable - bed was firm but this seems the normal for European countries |

Large airy room and bathroom facilities,. Good substancial breakfast plenty of choice hot and cold. The general condition of the room we were in was poor, with marks on the walls, the carpet was stained and furniture was a little tatty. I had to turn off the mini bar that was positioned right beside the bed and utilised as a functional bed side cabinet in order to get some sleep that night. The hotel was appearently undergoing some refurbishment I hope this was not one of the finished rooms. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, modern and comfortable. Breakfst was ok but a bit boring by the third day. The site is great offering restaurants in a nearby commercial centre. The price/quality ratio was excellent. |

The rooms have been well refurbished and were clean. The restaurant food was terrible. One of the lifts was out of order. |

Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were nicely refurbished, with comfortable beds and stylish furnishings. The hotel was reasonably quiet. Attention to detail is lacking. There was a large patch of black mold on the ceiling of the newly renovated bathroom; the baby crib/playpen they provided us had a large hole in the bottom large enough for a baby to fall out of (the staff should not have given it to us); at breakfast a tour bus group devoured the food and the staff quietly served us at our table until the tour group left. |

Prices in the restaurant are far too high. Breakfast room is much too small for the size of hotel. |

Peu The sink in our bathroom leaked - no one had bothered to check if the sink had been plumbed in properly - it leaked straight onto my feet. The windows in the bedroom are insufficiently sound-proofed: the noise of traffic kept me awake all night. The breakfast was poor - presumably when this is included in the price, there is no incentive to provide anything better. Serving staff were surly. |
