Only one lift working so often had to wait a long time

The view of the canal was very nice as well as the modern design. The room was very good and spacious. The surroundings with parisian people having activities on "les quaies" was also nice, very genuine. It was quiet at night. Very good indeed!

The breakfast could be more parisian and there is potential for making it taste even better.

The hotel is in a good position close to an RER station, Riquet. Breakfast is good with a decent selection of various items.

Firstly I usually do not complain and that is the reason why I did not mention anything during check-out. Few things which should have been better: Tables / sofa had dust on them tv remote had some stuff all over it Bed was not at all comfortable Room smelled as if it had not been opened for loong Carpet was dirty and had so many stains

The location was very good when you go to Paris with the car. Don't need to drive very far in the centre and Parking was acceptable as for the price. Metro station nearby. We also didn't had to wait for breakfast.

Nothing actually. We had a very nice stay.

The location is good, the fact that it is situated near the river it's a nice place.

The fact that we asked for a first aid box, and they replied that they didn't have.

Excellent hotel Het receptie personeel is vriendelijk, zeer behulpzaam en bekwaam. We hadden een kalme kamer gevraagd en hadden inderdaad een zeer kalme kamer (exceptioneel voor Parijs). De parking was vol, maar we hebben makkelijk een plaats gevonden in de omgeving (gratis parking tijdens het weekend). Het hotel is makkelijk te bereiken indien men aankomt via a1.

Convenient for short stays, quite close to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Urban environmnet, on the Canal de la Villette. Quite, clean rooms, Holiday Inn expected level. Eco friendly.

Location was great adjacent to the canal with many shops and restaurants nearby as were two Metro stations to travel into Paris. Clean and tidy, comfy beds and pillows, good size room and bathroom. Ice was available from the downstairs bar to take to the room.

No fridge in the room and only one chair. We did ask for another chair, but were told there were none available!

Peaceful location yet close to bars and restaurants in the canal. Also really easy to get around to main tourist sites by metro from the hotel (station Stalingrad).

It's ancient characteristic - peaceful gardens - warm fire - lovely meal and breakfast

Not being told about the extra cost of the appetites - these we're beautifully but it would have been courtesy to say we were to pay

Great location. The Riquet metro station is a 5 min walk away and line 7 from there gets you directly to some of the major attractions in Paris.

The air conditioner in our room was noisy (loose grill that'd rattle every time we'd put the fan to it's fastest speed). There was a spider tenaciously clinging on to our ceiling.

WIFI internet NOT free, for 2 computers we payed 30 euros !!!!!, I travel a lot and most of the time internet is free !!!!

The hotel was very near the Metro which is lucky as it is not in the center of the city. The staff were very friendly and there is English was very good and they were helpfull. Room was very comfy and clean

no cobard and safe in the room the information regarding price of taxi to Disney was completely wrong. It was double the price, 95 Euro and not ""maximum"" 50 Euro

Everything about the Hotel was to our likings including breakfast.

I like the view of the river out side the hotel. The breakfast is very good.

The egg in the breakfast doesn't taste good.

Very clean room and nice helpful people at the reception. Very good breakfast with excellent juice and coffe. Location isn't in the center but you can easely find metro.

Wi-fi service wasn't free.

We very much liked the setting on the canal, away from the bustle of the city centre.

While the canal-side setting was excellent, the surrounding area could be intimidating to some inexperienced city travellers.

The location is good - close to Gare du Nord and on the Quai de las Seine. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean with a good view over the canal and bridge. Bike hire station right outside the front door and you can bike along the canal side right to the centre of Paris on cycle lanes. 2 minute walk to Crimee metro station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was reasonably priced.

Wi-fi only available in lobby and expensive. Free hard wired internet available in room but no good for ipad etc. Breakfast room too small for hotel size and would sometimes have to queue for breakfast. No a full cooked breakfast available.

It was kept clean on a daily basis . we were happy to be able to make a cup of tea nightly.

We stayed from Jul 23 to Jul 31 and the day before we left, they finally sent someone up to clear the clog in the shower drain which had finally caused a flood the night before....we had told them of this clog next day after our arrival. We had to keep turning the shower off and waiting till it very slowly drained to turn back on and continue our shower. They continually gave us 2 facecloths and 3 towels and we were 3 in a room for 3 people. There are very few restaurants in the area that cater to children. We stayed at the Ibis by the airport the night before we left and I must say the beds were luxury...the rooms looked very new..there were restaurants in the lobby and although no kettle, there was a way to get a nightly tea. Out of the 2 hotels, I will choose to book at Ibis going forward. Thanks, Jeanne Hanna

The personnel was well trained, polite and careful with guests. Breakfast was included, and the breakfast room was always in good supply. Pretty new building, clean and neat. Air conditioned rooms.

Location, location, location... not very good location. Also, you have to pay for internet access... ??? in what century live these europeans (hey, I came from europe).

Very impressed with this hotel, it's staff, the convenient location and the beautiful canal surroundings. The area in which it is situated is a wonderful location for ease of getting into central Paris by metro or just walking. It was quite easy to find from the Periphique when driving and had convenient underground parking. Buffet breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. Our room had a magnificent view of the canal and the whole area was alive with atmosphere. We will definitely use this hotel again when we next visit Paris.
