Very near to Toulouse airport and a perfect place to meet other collegues coming in for onward journey.

Closeness to the airport and shuttle service was excellent

The staff was very friendly and help us with each of our requests. The best part was that the staff is really concerned about the customer's comfort. The shuttle service to/from the airport was very convenient. Also loved the complimentary breakfast

Close to the airport, useful when arriving in late to Toulouse. Buffet breakfast was very good. Nice clean rooms.

Lift was small, so multiple trips up and down with luggage and buggy.

Free transfer between airport and hotel and the staff went out of their way to help us, even driving us to a restaurant in the evening.

Convience to the airport as welll as comfort

It was satisfactory in every way, apart from the absence of a restaurant. Fortunately we found an excellent Asian restaurant within a short distance, so that worked out well, but I'm not sure I would book it again for this one reason.

Breakfast Bathroom

A lot of roundabouts between the airport and the hotel, but excellent staff directed us in.

Well located for the airport and only a short ride in by tram and metro to the city centre. Immaculate room that catered for our family of four. English spoken. Good buffet breakfast included in price.

the location for the airport was excellent and the shuttle service was really efficient.

we had booked a twin room and there wasn't one so my sister had the double bed in a family room and I slept on the sofa bed which was not very comfortable.

Reception was very helpful in telling us how to explore the city center, getting around, and setting up alternatives for airport transport since our flight left earlier than the shuttle start.

The hotel is perfect for catching an early flight out of Toulouse. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient.

Convenient to the airport ... well priced .... excellent breakfast. We have stayed with you before (2010) and will stay with you the next time through Toulouse. Also, we'll recommend to others. The front end staff (reception) are exceptional. Thanks.

The staff at reception was very friendly. The room was clean and quiet. The shuttle service excellent. Breakfast good, even with selection of french cheeses and good espresso coffee.

Room was a little too hot and there was no sheet on the bed, just a duvet that was too warm. Double bed was a bit small.
