Convenience regarding access to the airport (Blagnac). Free shuttle bus. Room is spacious, in-room entertainment is good. Free internet access is a plus.Staff friendly, breakfast which is included in the price is rather ample. This location is purely for easy access to the the airport as there are no entertainment or restuarant facilities without a fair walk. |

Clean, comfortable room, very close to the airport, with shuttle transport available. Excellent, varied breakfast. We only wanted an overnight stay after a late evening arrival at the airport before travelling onwards the next morning, and this hotel easily satisfied our needs. |

friendly,smiling staff,clean and neet rooms very efficient transport to Airport and back and quiet environment. During weekend it is not possible even to get shirt or troussers ironed. |

We used the hotel purely for easy onward transit from the airport the following day. It filled that function admirably but we found it quite expensive for what was in effect an up market bed and breakfast. The corner twin room was perfect as were the comfortable beds with choice of pillow density. The bathroom was spotless and good to use. It is reasonable to go to the nearby sister hotel to eat in their dining room. We found that expensive, not up to the 4* rating of the hotel and would not repeat the experience. |

Our hotel room was very clean and quiet and good value for the cost. The complimentary continental breakfast was excellent. It would have been nice to be able to order a snack at the bar. On the evening we were there no food service was available. |

Its convenience, its comfort and a good breakfast to see us on our way for our French holiday. It would have been helpful to have had the ability to have an evening meal there as it was difficult to find anything open nearby on a Sunday evening. |

De mensen waren zeer vriendelijk, bij vragen werd alles in het werk gesteld om de vragen beantwoordt te krjgen/ hulp te bieden. Wij kwamen laat bij het hotel aan en officieel was het zwembad gesloten, de kinderen mochten toch zwemmen. Het ontbijt was goed, voor elk wat wils, het eten was vers en werd continu aangevuld. Als hotel voor op doorreis zeer geschikt en zeer aan te bevelen !!!! |

L'accueil du personnel de réception à l'arrivée et au départ Le sofa-lit dans la chambre familiale qui n'est pas un vrai lit ... une chambre famille vendue pour 4 personnes doit comporter 2 gands lits ou 1 grand lit et 2 petits lits. |

Tarif réevalué par la réception par rapport à la réservation booking.com. (un enfant passe adulte au bon vouloir du réceptioniste???) Je précise que dix jours auparvant la même réservation n'avait posée aucun problème. Je ne porte ni plainte ni réclamation - quand on vient de faire 700 km on n'a pas envie - mais je trouve cela mesquin et discourtois: voilà, c'est dit. |

Milý personál, odvoz na letiště zdarma, perfektní pokoj. Bydlel jsem v části hotelu, kde nebylo možné se večer (9 p.m.) najíst, protože jsem přijel s rodinou a měli jsme hlad, poradil jsem se s recepční, která mě poslala do druhé části hotelu Holiday Inn, kde byla restaurace. Ta i když byla otevřená a na zahrádce seděla skupina lidí před prázdnými talíři, zřejmě po nějaké oslavě, nenašel jsem mezi nimi číšníka a šel se raději navečeřet jinam, protože jsem neměl odvahu zkoušet, jak dlouho by trvala příprava jídla a placení (měl jsem sebou 7-mi leté dítě). |
