Very well located just off the main pedestrianised area. Five minutes from the station. Very close to dozens of restaurants.Reception staff spoke fluent English. Bed comfortable and big.Coffee/tea making stuff in room.Panoramic lift and great views from 7th flooor restaurant. Breakfast (not sampled) was expensive- 12 euros, I think. |

Lovely comfotable hotel in a very central location with parking, easy to find. 2 Minutes walk from main pedestrian area with neumerous resturants and shops, 5mins walk from cathedral. Did not have breakfast as very expensive, also felt carpark at hotel expensive at 11 euros a night. |

It was convenient, neat, spacious and very central Expensive for a three star hotel. The aircon did not work properly and the bar fridge didn't work at all. |

location,room,and quality were very good. I don,t mind paying 14euro,s for breakfast if the food is there, but to keep asking staff to replenish whats not there gets tiresome,save your money,go elsewhere for breakfast.Local resturaunts will appreciate you more. |

The staff were extremely pleasant, and tried hard to be helpful. The location of the hotel is great as there are loads of restaurants and shops just around the corner. The hotel car park is dangerously tight for space. We scraped our car just parking. Others were having difficulties. The hotel access from the car park is also antiquated and doesn't do the hotel's reputation any good. |

Good location (very close to the shops, restaurants and walking distance to champagne houses), good service on the reception (very helpfull advices about route de champagne visits, service in English, fast check in and check out). |

the hotel was friendly, inviting, very comfortable, in an excellent location, I would recommend it to anyone as an excellent choice for couples, and family if you can afford paying for two rooms. |

Very nice location, in the middle of the centre, just around a very nice street full with restaurants and bars. The rooms are oke, little out dated but clean. we had a nice stay in Reims. In my opinion the price/quality is very good. Also a nice breakfast on the seventh floor. With view over Reims. |

Roof-top restaurant and the views from it over the city. Easily-controllable air-conditioning in bedrooms. Good sound-proofing between bedrooms. The 11 euro per-day charge for the car park (too high) and the rather unfriendly, but co-operative, front desk staff (although this contrasted with friendly restaurant staff) |

Shopped (mainly for champagne) on our way home from the south of France. Relaxed and prepared for the long drive home. Liked the central location. Charging for using the hotel's car park. Why is this necessary when being offered parking facilities is one of the strength's of the hotel over other hotels we have stayed in in Reims? |
