This hotel is really good, has its own parking, everything is brand new, personell is professional, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is good too. No free Wi-Fi.

The staff that were on when we arrived were rude,unhelpful and miserable.The staff that were on the morning we left were fantastic,they helped us get the safe unlocked that had somehow refused to let us open the day before to get our passports and money out.The staff the day before did not care and would not help us with the safe.This meant we did not have dinner as the hotel restaurant was closed and all our cash was in the safe.The message was not even passed onto the staff the following day that we needed the safe unlocked,this delayed our departure by 3 hours.I Own 3 separate companies in Australia and would love to know if my staff acted this way.If they did I would terminate their employment immediately.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the Chinese Visa Centre, but also to see Marseille for the first time. For the first, it was ideal but I wouldn't recommend it for a leisure visit. It's called Holliday Inn but it's not a holiday hotel. It is obviously geared to business usage.Very clean: breakfast buffet good, but the hotel was not full. Housekeeping/cleanliness was faultless, a good srlection of restaurants cloe by. The public areas lack any trace of comfort or atmosphere. Everything is strictly functional. For instance the bar is 'furnished' with wrought iron/glass dining-room tables with six chairs; ok for the lap- top for a small business meeting but no comfortable chairs in which to relax. The one word which sums it up is 'adequate'. For sight-seeing, it's too far from the Old Port and other attractions. A bit over- priced for this location.

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. The tv reception was not only in French but included English speaking stations. The hotel is considered as fairly overpriced when considering that breakfast is at Euros 14 pp per night stayed.

Emplacement parfait. Accueil et service très sympathique. Excellent petit déjeuner Chambres un peu vieillissantes et nécessitant une bonne remise en état. Quelques chambres peuvent être très bruyantes à cause du monte charge utilisé par le service en chambre.

Бедный шведский стол на завтрак. Плохое расположение отеля (прямо перед "блошиным" рынком, много бомжей). Горничная была поймана в номере, когда рылась в личных вещах. В момент заселения была списана с кредитной карты сумма проживания, в момент выселения предложили списать сумму повторно, а первую сумму вернуть в течение 30-ти дней. Мы отказались. В этот же момент выселялась другая русскоговорящая семья из России. Сумма за проживание нашей семьи была списана с их карты с пояснением, что "вы - русскоговорящие разбирайтесь сами между собой", что привело к конфликту.

Impossible de chauffer la chambre, même en mettant tous les réglages au maximum. Le parking (15 €/nuit) n'a que 12 places et ma voiture s'est retrouvée bloquée par une autre que le personnel n'a pas réussi à démarrer. Du coup, j'ai passé un demi-journée sans véhicule. Mais voilà, Holiday Inn n'a aucun concurrent dans le quartier!!!

O quarto era grande, a cama era excelente. Muito confortável e agradável. Na recepção algumas pessoas falam apenas inglês, para um hotel de 4 estrelas é de estranhar. Apesar de estar no sétimo andar era demasiado audível o ruído vindo da rua dos automóveis.

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Ideaal voor een citytrip, goed bereikbaar openbaar vervoer. Propere kamer. Onze kamer was gewoontjes, kon wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. De matrassen waren vrij hard. Redelijk dure parking, 15 euro per nacht. De maaltijden in het restaurant vielen niet erg mee.
