The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. The tv reception was not only in French but included English speaking stations. The hotel is considered as fairly overpriced when considering that breakfast is at Euros 14 pp per night stayed.

This hotel is really good, has its own parking, everything is brand new, personell is professional, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is good too. No free Wi-Fi.

J'ai aimé la proximité immédiate avec le centre ville. Ayant demandé à la réception une chambre au calme, nous avons eu une chambre sur une avenue très bruyante (sirènes de police, pompiers)un ascenseur de service juste en face de notre chambre pourvu d'un moteur très bruyant. Nous avons fait une réclamation auprès de la direction car nous avions vraiment eu du mal à nous endormir. Je dois dire que le responsable de cet hôtel a eu un geste commercial appréciable, il nous a offert une nuit sur les deux réservées. Il n'empêche qu'il faut absolument revoir les doubles-vitrages et cet ascenseur ! Je n'ai guère aimé la connexion Wi-Fi payante, je voyage beaucoup et c'est la première fois qu'on me demande de payer un abonnement pour me connecter dans la chambre !

J'ai trouvé cet hôtel très bien. Le personnel est gentil et accueillant. L'hôtel est propre et j'ai beaucoup apprécié le calme. Les chambres sont bien équipées, propres. La literie est très confortable.J'ai passé un agréable séjour avec mon mari. Le prix du petit déjeuner que je trouve excessif ainsi que le prix de la location du parking.

Proximité des transports en commun, bonne situation géographique, petit déjeuner copieux et chambres spacieuses et très propres. Parking très pratique a Marseille Certaines remarques du personnel d'accueil nous faisant bien ressentir que les réservations via booking amenaient une clientèle aux moyens limités et peu dignes de confiance ... c'est regrettable !

“The level of service was amazing. Much better than many 4/5 star hotels we've stayed at all over the world. We went to Marseille for a music concert, and discovered that rather than taking a lengthy taxi ride as we didn't want to drive our car, all we had to do was walk across the street to the train station and go 4 stops on the subway. Lots of pedestrian areas to wander and good choice of food all around. As we had to leave by 6:15 am, and breakfast wasn't served until 6;30, Jose at the front desk/bar area offered to make us an early breakfast.
