Comfortable, spacious room for four people with separate bedroom and interconnecting. Not found in many hotels. A good price for that sort of room. Terrace with table and 2 chairs. Tea/coffee making facilities also unusual for French hotel. Rather a long walk from shops and Vieux Port. Price of breakfast ridiculous but it is in most French hotels. |

Metro very close, good location for city trips. Air condition adjustable. Nice and central neighborhood. Fridge fan was very loud, so I had to pull the plug. |

Check in and out was very fast!! Pretty decent room. We had fresh towels every day wich was very appriciated. One woman in the reception was very nice and helpt us find a good restaurant and reserved a table for us there. The air conditioning in the room! There was a thermostat there and whem we turned it on it made a lot of noise, but it didn't give us the temperature we wanted. We had the thermostat on 10 degrees celsius and must still had been 25-30 in the room! The staff in the reception who didn't know or understand a word of english.. And there was no iron in the room you had to go down to the reception and borrow it. "But you have to be quick, someone else might wanna borrow it so hurry up". And there was no conditioner in the room, and they didn't even have it in the hotel. So bring your own ! |

I was really disappointed with this hotel and did not like anything about it. The room was extremely warm, the service was useless, and i dont understand how they got a 4 star rating. Im already a ambassador level in my priority card and still the service, the room and the facilities was really poor. Bad airconditioning. I stayed in a 3 star hotel after this and only 2 stops away, the experience was so different. Room was larger, better service, better food and better airconditioning. |

Staff were very helpful and obliging, room was comfortable and location was good for what my family wanted - reasonably priced restaurants and not too far from the beach. They failed to answer a couple of queries I sent prior to travel but, in the end, this did not matter too much. |

le calme, les boissons d'accueil dans la chambre, le kit de dépannage de rasage remis de suite à la demande à la réception le wifi ne marchait pas à la réception, finalement nous avons eu un accès gratuit au business center mais là aussi cela ne marchait pas très bien. Un sourire lors de l'établissement de la facture aurait été apprécié |
