Location & attitude of staff Public areas superficially impressive, but neglected and not clean. Corridor carpets dirty. Room not refurbished for a long time - and to a low standard. Carpet and wallpaper stained. Plumbing problem on arrival - though fixed promptly. One electric point did not function. |

The Hotel was shock for me dirty sters entrance carpet at bars ans smeling dirty mirrows at holways not good clean toilet very poor furniture definitely not 4 star hotel broken lamp in room nobary fix elevation in ugly stage so to stay at patio was so sad view dirty at holways i will like have money back |

It was worst experience ever. I am travelling a lot, but I haven´t seen such a disaster. Uncompetent staff, demaging the clients. |

Not at all clean. Corridor looks untidy.toilets where stinging.floor carpet with stains. Inside the hotel compound wall urine stinging. Swimming pool not at the standards. |

The location of the hotel is great, close to the main railway station and close enough to the centre of town. Well worth the money to stay. The towels are a bit small in the bathrooms. |

The staff were attentive, friendly and efficient. The hotel has kept its old-world charm and has a pleasant ambience. Being right in the centre of Montpellier was a distinct advantage for exploring the city. |

Staff were very friendly & helpful. Rooms were large and beds were very comfortable. English spoken. Helpful being very near the train station. Ensure you get the directions correct if arriving from the train station. Recommend this hotel. Room did not include internet or breakfast. Extra charge was applicable. |

it's a charming although outdated hotel. The location is very good. the rooms were not very clean and a lot of things were not working properly. In my room the toilet didn't flush (it was fixed the next day) and the trouser press was broken. You can hear everything going on in the corridors.The breakfast wasn't worth 18 euros. I think it's not a 4 star hotel although it has a nice charm to it |
