The hotel is a few miles south of Metz, in Jouy aux Arches. The hotel has its own unique charm and character.

The 4-star Mercure Metz Centre is ideally in the heart of Metz. It offers comfortable accommodations for a family vacation and professional service for a business trip.
Score from 198 reviews Good
Situated in the southeast suburbs of Metz, about 2.5 miles from the center of the city, this friendly hotel is ideally situated for a comfortable stopover when traveling through the Lorraine.
Score from 480 reviews Good
Bed very comfortable. Good size room. Location suitable for us as we were heading to Meaux. Car parking facilities. Access to wifi. Restaurant meal good and reasonably priced. Service good.
Restaurant staff mixed up the room numbers when billing for the meal. Need to put a better system in place when dining in the restaurant.
Good Location, no noise, easy parking, nice and clean rooms, good restaurant
a bit lonely location, standard breakfast
easy access to the otorway nice staff reasonable food
Clean ,comfortable and quiet but in an unusual location on what I can best describe as a business park.
The grilled beefsteak I had was awful - was very rare and very fatty. Fortunately the breakfast was much better.
Helpful staff that can speak english Large comfy rooms New modern hotel
Room and restaurant
Restaurant was good, great meals, quality chef.
Distance from Metz town.
Spacious room Comfortable bed Excellent restaurant
Poor internet access in the room and public areas.
Clean and modern, decent sized rooms, quiet location, easily accessed from autoroute
Very expensive food, limited choice as nothing else nearby, hotel is quite isolated, reception staff not particularly helpful or friendly
Comfortable rooms and beds, quiet surrounding, friendly service, Ten minutes to the old beautiful town of Metz
the hotel is situated in the technopole, next to the commercial center and the headquarters of various companies
Everything. Also very pleasant staff
modern clean hotel reasonable price close to motorway links
distance from Metz centre based on commercial estate
Clean, tidy, good sized rooms.
Restaurant seemed expensive and it was a long way from other eating places.
Food was good
Typical soulless conference, business, hotel. Large, well equipped rooms, OK for a stop over if travelling further into Europe.
Avoid the restaurant. On a very quiet Monday evening, with no more than 10 customers they had run out of several dishes. There were only 2 meat dishes available out of 6 or 7. Better to go into Metz on the tram or walk about 15 mins to the Metzannine shopping precinct where there are several restaurants.
Wifi in the room didn't work and the monitor in the lobby was appallingly slow. The room needs two comfortable chairs.
Very smart contemporary furnishings and style. Clean and tidy, nice big room, and food and wine was very good, better than we might have been expecting.
Like many corporate hotels, everything was fine, but there is no soul. It's a bit like a stage set. Some of the staff not very friendly so we didn't feel particularly welcome. Didn't try breakfast as very expensive.
Very helpful staff, especially your maintainance man who helped repair our bicyle rack after someone ran into us at the Euro Tunnel. Very comfy and quiet room. Wonderful dinner.
Location, Room, Restaurant, General ambiance, Doe's what it says on the tin only. More suitable for business users.
The rooms were well equipped, the wifi was solid and the food was fine.
The gym consisted of just three machines, including a cross trainer that squeaked and rattled and a rower that was too fragile to have any sort of proper exercise. They were in a small unconditioned room.
Very nice hotel with excellent air conditioning -33 degrees C outside! Bus stop outside hotel with frequent buses
Although the hotel appeared to be understaffed, the few staff that were there worked hard to keep the many residents happy.
FAR FROM THE CITY CENTRE
Staff were friendly and helpful. The room is large. That was okay.
Hotel hadn't bothered to turn on the air conditioning. It was quite warm. The staff indicated that the system had to be switched over from Heating to air conditioning. Really? Wi-Fi is a serious problem. Some rooms just don't receive any signal. The hotel manager, Maxim worked pretty hard to find us a room that I actually had Wi-Fi. You have to re-log in every single time you turn off your device. Very very painful. Speed was just sufficient to make a Skype call.
For this price I would expect better quality breakfast and more choice.
