dedicated staff, design of the business rooms Budget constraints becoming too visible eg Bathrobes and slippers have been removed even from the business rooms ( a bit weird for a 4-star hotel…) |

Room was very clean and comfortable. Room also had a kettle (tea and coffee but no milk) and a little fridge. The restaurant staff were very friendly but the service was very slow. The breakfast staff were absolutely appalling. When we arrived for breakfast there was no one to seat us. Not one member of staff replenished the food when the container was empty. No coffee, no bread no sausage eggs or bacon. The cheese looked as if it had been out for several hours and was inedible. When I complained I was told the cooked breakfast was not self service and you had to ask for it. So we did and we still did not get the cooked breakfast that was advertised. The scrambled eggs were served cold the "bacon" was incredibly salty parma ham and the sausage,and fried tomato did not exist. I complained again and expected to get the breakfast I had paid for but all I was told was they would make a note of my complaint! |

The hotel is new and the pool is good. The decor is colourful. The reception staff are welcoming and helpful. There was not much choice for restaurant and room service. The service involved was sometimes slow. The hotel needs to have more information for guests so they can make use of services. |

directions to the hotel where very straight forward,on arrival we were greeted by friendly staff who spoke excellent english,booking in was painless,the cleanliness and layout of the room were to the highest of standards,all the needs for me and my family were more than catered for allowing all of us to have a very relaxing stay. |

brand new hotel ... well equipped rooms, free internet below standard front desk, strange pricing strategy ... 89 EUR as advertised on booking.com seemed below hotel policy. Hotel does not acknowledge requests made during reservation. Not the HI experience as we are used to. |

The service was very good the best we saw in France. Friendly Staff always willing to help. Great pool and gym etc. Will return staff speak good english. At times the bar did not have anyone to serve you aand you had to wait. Only a small issue |

Modern hotel, very clean and good facilities. Even a watercooker in the room. 2 free drinks in the minibar. You can choose from different pillows. Near by the highway. Employees in the restaurant doesn't speak English. Only a French Menu cart. |
