The location is perfect...!

The sixe of the room is tooooo small

Very near Gare De Lyon for our travel by train to Italy. Big enough for Paris hotels.

Housekeeping didn't sweep up the crumbs we left on table...

Lacation, friendly helpful staff, clean room, comfortable large bed

Room was rather small in size, Paper coffee cups only in the room.

Convenient location just 5 minuties walk from Gare Lyon, and very close to the metro and tour bus route. Front desk staff is helpful and did a very good job in booking a large taxi for us (a group of five with luggage) to the airport in advance.

It seems the hotel is overdue for renovation as the carpets and furniture looked dull and worn. The interior of the hotel has a sad and tired look and is not commensurate with a 4-star hotel.

Breakfast

This hotel is close to the Gare De Lyon which made it nice to get around Paris. It was clean and comfortable.

Staff was very courteous and helpful to me, even though my French is quite poor they were super good natured and professional. The room was very comfortable and clean, in moderne elegant style. Hotel is located a block from the Gare de Lyon train station which was perfect for riding the TGV, Paris Metro, and RER trains. You will find plenty of places to eat or have coffee nearby, too- I can recommend Pizza Pelicano (about a half block away)

Very spotty Wi-Fi service, please upgrade this.

Spacious quiet king room with character balcony. Fantastic location for going places. Plenty of eateries. Nice decor.

Well located near Gare de Lyons. (Look for the flashing Sex Shop sign next door!, But don't let that put you off.) Booked an Executive King room and it was a very good size for Paris with armchair, great fitout & decor (art nouveau?) Beautiful early 20th c building & breakfast room. Breakfast itself was excellent. A really good hotel compared to the many other Paris hotels we have tried.

Not keen on frosted glass bathroom doors opening direct to bedroom (even though the metal framed doors looked superb).

I like because can make coffee/tea in the room, there are drink and juice for free, many restaurant around, cinema, train station, definitely will come back

Great bed and room. Good location next to Gare de Lyon.

The first night we were given a key to a room that was already occupied. A little awkward waking someone up as we're trying to get into their room. And the last night, we ordered room service which never came. Very expensive room but I suppose that's Paris.

Great location, very clean, good sized room for Paris. Tea/coffee in room a big bonus. Comfortable bed, balcony, in fact everything about the room we were very happy with. The staff were helpful and spoke good English.

Nothing, but breakfast is a silly price, like a lot of French hotels. We ate in one of the many local cafes nearby and had great food at a third of the price.

Convenient location near Lyon Railway Station. Friendly, English-speaking staff. Nice lobby and bar.

Used-up rooms and furniture. Small rooms (seems it's a Paris thing). Only 2 bottles of water in mini-bar.

No wifi even though it states it has. Don't bother with breakfast at 17 euro it is very pricey.

Near Metro and Train Station

We were able to get a suite for a relatively good price(for Paris). A suite in this context denotes size; this is not the Ritz! Building had character, not a cookie cutter holiday Inn. Good breakfast buffet, when you or your kids get tired of croissants! Clean, close to Metro and train station. The neighborhood is okay, close to the Bastille and plenty of average restaurants.

There is a Sex Shop literally right next door to the hotel. Good for a giggle for us but more demure families might be offended. Hotel staff is not warm and welcoming but responded when asked questions; this may be Parisian but not what I expected from a Holiday Inn.

Proximity to Gare de Lyon for collecting car from car train.

Tiny room in eaves with ceilings so sloping I had to duck to walk round bed (I'm 5'1"!!) It was newly and tastefully furnished though...

It was very convenient for getting to Omnisport at Bercy and for the Gard de Lyon. The hotel was clean, bright and despite being on the main road, once the window was shut ,our room was quiet .

A kettle and a couple of cups would have been so good in the room, but we were told we would have to upgrade to get these.
