Waited 40 minutes for the courtesy bus as some problem with shuttles. The breakfast room was disgusting with no spare tables and dirty tables everywhere with only 50% of the food available, no milk for cereals etc. The room was of a damp smell. |

Convenient to the airport with shuttle service. Clean, quiet adn had internet service. Good Breakfast. |

The hotel was wonderful, convenient, and very stylish. Great sheets and good bed. I recommend it highly. |

It is near Charles De Gaulle airport, but the shuttle to and from the hotel is not convenient. We stayed at the hotel overnight to catch a flight at 10:30am. The hotel charged an exorbitant Euro 5 per person to take the shuttle back to the airport while not informing us that there is a free Air France shuttle. There were so many people trying to get to the airport at 8am, it took us over almost 1 hour to get to the terminal from the hotel. |

near airport can make my business meeting easily. yes the room is not clean at all, noring that i was booked an executive room but was a less than standard room. |

Room was very clean and spacious, its a great palce to stay if you have to fly early the next morning as the hotel isn't far from the hotel. The price of the food was astonishing, there is a little village 5-10mins walk left of the hotel which has a market and traditioanl english soft drinks, crisps along with great french food also, there are alot of restuarants & their are 2 pizza shops available also, all much cheaper than the food served at the hotel. |

The hotel was fine really, but why on earth can a bottle of water not be put in each room. I arrived after the bar had closed and I couldn't get a drink or anything to eat. The set up is abysmal and I was very dissapointed and I would never stay there again for that reason. If you arrive late, there is nothing for you. Poor service. |

Breakfast was advertised as buffet, continental, or room service. Altho not advertised, any and all options were priced at € 18. And there was no separate area for continental breakfast - it was all the buffet. |

The hotel was great. Staff was friendly . Food was good. This is not just on the hotel but they don't go out of their way to speak any English |

Competent staff. Useful shuttle to airport. They charge for the shuttle. They charge for WIFI. I won't stay there again for those reasons. |

The cleanliness of our room, the lounge and the resturaunt (drinks were good and the food excellent), and the fitness room were all great! |

Our child lost his toy dog on the shuttle bus and the hotel staff contacted the co. immediately and he had his toy back in under 20 mins. Very helpful and friendly. |
