The hotel lobby was spacious and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate although I would not have been happy had I paid full price for it. The scrambled eggs looked as if they were powdered or bought in and water/milk added. It doesn't take much to make scrambled egg so I am surprised you, and other hotels I have stayed in, resort to using this. The shower could have been better as well. |

It was convenient to the airport and easy to drive to. The staff was friendly. One of the beds was too soft. In one room there was water damage on the wall adjacent to the bathroom. It had a faint hint of mold but not bad. |

Very convenient to airport - rooms very clean and comfortable. Am room service fast and plentiful. Don't spend lots of money and time choosing an airport hotel, they are mostly the same, just some newer than others. Convenient to airport - But beware the free shuttle only drops off to Gate 2. When being picked up at Gate 2 the shuttle driver did stop at Gate 1 on way back to hotel, but apparently it does not drop off at Gate 1. The sauna and whirlpool were broken and it appears has been broken for quite some time. |

The hotel was very clean and my room was quite well appointed. The rate was fairly reasonable compared to some of the other hotels in the area. I had to wait for the hotel shuttle at the airport for close to 90mins as it was full with other passengers for the first three trips to the airport. I had an early flight and the shuttle did not leave until 5:30, so the front desk advised me to take a taxi. They said that it was 15euro, but when I got in the driver advised me that it was 20euro (for a 3km trip!). The hotel is nice and close to the airport but if the shuttle is always full and a round trip in a taxi is 40euro, you would be better off staying in the city close to an RER line (which takes you directly to the terminal for less than 10euro). |

The rooms were large and comfortable. Our waiter was rude and acted like he did not speak English. When we ordered food, he repeated our choices back to us in French. |

they made us buy another room, when I thought I bought the best room , and it said you can get an extra bed in the room, but they made us buy other room because said only two to a room when the children are under 12. |

Very comfortable beds and very helpful, polite staff. I would have liked to have had a coffee maker or kettle in the room like in the Holiday Inns in Canada. Also, I found that the prices for the food in room service were too high. |

Hotel is reasonably convenient for reaching cdg airport. Comfortable with delicious meals. Convenient internet connections. Check-in and check- out were handled rapidly and efficiently. Useful information was provided by reception desk personnel. A shuttle service operates from the airport but this was not frequent and moreover carries passengers to hi and adjacent hotels. Likewise following check-out, there was a longish wait for the shuttle bus. |

Nice concierges - fluent in several languages. Overly expensive and not that close to cdg airport. The cab ride from the hotel to the airport was around $25.No shampoo in the bathroom. Had to pay for internet/computer usage. |

Waited 40 minutes for the courtesy bus as some problem with shuttles. The breakfast room was disgusting with no spare tables and dirty tables everywhere with only 50% of the food available, no milk for cereals etc. The room was of a damp smell. |
